Okay, it's kinda nice being outside but beyond that this place is terrible. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting I mean BAD BAD BAD and from what I was being told this was how they always are. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!

Where do I start? I was dragged here against my own will, shelled out a $25 cover, endured a horrible boy band perform, followed by a guy attempting to play electric guitar over terrible dance tracks while shirtless men and skanky go-go dancers danced on stage. Overall the concept is good, kinda like an outdoor Miami club, but unless you're just going here to goof on the place, or you're a transplant from the Jersey Shore, I'd avoid it.

MBBC tries to bring some of that Miami outdoor clubbing flavor to New England, but it failed every time that I went there. The first time, there was supposed to be some type of show with 'exotic dancers'. The result? The place was close to dead with people taking turns playing beach volleyball, people playing billiards quietly, and roving gangs of gangstas/guidos looking to chase some tail. The location is nice next to the waterfront, too bad that nothing interesting goes on there. They charge a cover after 10:00pm and escalate the amount at will. Once a $25 cover magically turned into $45. MBBC is also seasonal, it's only open during the summer season I think. Every time that I go to MBBC, I end up asking myself why the heck I even showed up. I don't think it's absence for the majority of the year will be missed.

This is definitely a place to try out in the summer to get a change of scenery. The entire bar is outdoors so check the weather first. I went on a Saturday night so this is all I can speak about...

There were a lot of people there, but it wasnt nearly as crowded as I hear Waterworks used to get, and I also hear Sundays are busy too. The main reason may be because the website says its $20 cover, but it actually was only $5. The girl taking the money at the door even said she has never seen it be $20 on a Saturday, so dont let the cover concern you on a Saturday.

Parking is free and the lot is fairly big. The whole club area is pretty big too with volleyball courts and the dance floor. Be prepared to wait a bit at the main bar for a drink, especially if you are a girl trying to get a drink from a girl bartender. Coronas were $5 and Absolut mixed drinks were $7, which is a really good price for a mixed drink at a club! They dont accept credit cards though, so remember to bring cash.

The view is really nice, its probably even more beautiful during the day with the palm trees and sand, overlooking the water. The funny part about the club though is the way people dress. Most girls are very dressed up like they are going clubbing in LA, but the guys are very dressed down like they are hitting up the bar after surfing at Pacific Beach.

The mechanical bull was going, but oddly enough, there were more guys riding it than girls. It was entertaining to watch people get cocky riding it and then all of a sudden they go flying off.

All in all, a good place to check out in the summer. Yes its a bit cheesy but it can be fun so long as you go with a good crowd. The music was mostly good, a lot of great dance songs from the 90's mixed in with the current usual songs. Unfortunately it closes at 1am though, so come prepared with after party plans if you want a late night.

This is a tough venue to review! Sooo many variables!

First off depending what day you go and if you go after 10pm you can pay anywhere from $20 dollars, to THIRTY dollars for cover. Yes my friend (who wasn't very bright in this instance) got there a half hour before it closed. They said cover is $30 now. Which is ridiculous but of course they paid, silly them.

The dancers are pretty gorgeous and know their stuff. There are different levels of stages in the back (This whole place is outside) where the dancers get to dance on giant blocks that resemble big stairs. The top step is right outside the window of the VIP lounge which is an enclosed shipping container with a window and furniture inside for the people in the know.

Yes there are sometimes male dancers too, but I have selective vision so that's just what I'm told. I just see a blurry blank void where they should be. Sometimes the blank void is replaced by visions of scarlett johansson stripping, I dunno.

Sometimes they have mechanical bull riding here.

The beers are actually pretty cheap! (club wise) 4 dollars for a bottled beer, not sure about the mixed drinks, I am too manly to even watch one being made. If one of the multiple dates I'm with wants one I tell them I'm busy watching scarlett johansson strip, and then I make it rain on dem hoes until they leave me alone. (Perform a monetary exchange of dollar bills to the girl/s I am currently courting.)

Sweet view of the water and Boston from the edge of the sand where the club stops, which is right along the shore. The whole place is a pretty unique idea, and if you get there early enough you can actually play volleyball between the palm trees before the sun sets. Sometimes they have it at night too depending on the crowd. Also if you get there early you can stroll down a boardwalk outside of the club, and go to ANOTHER club called amazingly, and imaginably enough 'water club' There are also fine eateries all around.

Parking is expansive, I can literally park in a giant empty lot all by myself and drink myself silly before entering the club with no one bothering me. And by 'drink by myself' I of course mean with 10 swimsuit models. Not like, actually by myself, where I'm sitting drinking out of a flask, crying, using my own tears as lubricant on my dangly part, wondering why every time I ask my mom to iron my pants she tells me I'm 24 and should get on with my life already.

    I digress.

Anyyyyway. If it's raining out or looks like it might rain this place will be as cold and empty as Canada. Make sure to see if it's going to be a busy night instead of trekking down here for no reason.

Shot girls are cute. Staff is pretty friendly, they have like 5 bars scattered around the whole place. (They call them bars, some of them are just bins of beers with an umbrella on top and a freezing blond standing next to the ocean at night wondering if this is worth it or if she should just strip her way through college.) They even serve food like giant hot dogs and such. The bathrooms are trailers and are falling apart even after the remodel. Every mens toilet is clogged, and my foot almost went through the floor at the entrance to one trailer/dump house.

They have a closed in area with a pool table called the lanai ..bar. Or something.

Still a fun time is to be had once this place gets bumpin' and the crowds are movin' and the boooze is flowin'.

ATM's are available, and keep in mind this place shuts down at 1am per the city ordinance.

    Boobs.

Looking for a night out clubbing but tired of the being cramped on small dance floors in hot, non-airconditioned venues?  Marina Bay Beach Club is your solution!  Located in Quincy, MA, this OUTDOOR venue is perfect for drinking, dancing, and fun!  Parking is plenty, space is enormous!

Walking into this place is like being whisked away to a tropical island.  Palm trees dot the property, sandy beach areas lay claim to a volleyball net and several tiki bars.  The main bar is set into a hut of its own, and then the dance floor!  Elevated from the rest of the venue, this dance floor features pillars with experienced and scantily-clad dancers, both men and women!  And woah-boy! do they have some moves. . . I'll leave they're review for the men (as most of the dancers ARE women :-P)

    Pro's:
-Beautiful outdoor venue for the summer!
-Many price deals and ways to get on the guest list.
-Several bar areas making for little wait on drinks.
-Tons of events and special parties to attend!
    -Fantasy-inducing dancers.

    Con's:
-Cover can get really expensive when not a VIP.
-Drink prices on mixed drinks can get through the roof.
-If you hit this place on a dead night, it feels ridiculously empty due to the amount of space available.
-You can sometimes encounter an older crowd (from the people who live in the area that get free passes due to the noise).  Although you could luck out and see the Rod Stewart look-alike from the last time I went, he was awesome!
-Weather can be a factor, rain or cold fronts can screw with things!

Last event I hit up was the "Ultimate White Party" where everyone wears white apparel and dances the night away!  Place got pretty filled . . . and it was a Wednesday!  Imagine what it can be like on weekends!  Plan your trip out on a big event night and get yourself on the guest list and you're golden.
