    Newer restaurant but had sticky floors and they messed up the order. I'd skip this one and go to Webb City.

    By far the worst McDonalds and sadly both locations in Carthage are owned by the same individuals. This specific location just got a remodel however customer service was apparently a priority.

    This is the worst mcdonalds I have every been in.  You wait 15 minutes on your food.  And then to get your coffee you wait another 20 minutes.  It is unreal.  DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS.
