  This was possibly my worst experience at a McDonald's. First, the man taking my order at the drive through communicated poorly and the screen that shows orders was not working. When we received our drinks, we were rudely told that there were no straws. We then waited about 10 minutes for sausage burritos while all the staff we could see were either doing nothing or eating breakfast themselves. When the burritos finally came, I was told that they did not have picante sauce. Finally, after we drove away, my wife realized that they got our order wrong by putting sugar in her coffee when we only asked for cream, which is also what the ticket said. I doubt I will ever come to this McDonald's again.

  Can I say that this McDonald's is probably the slowest I've ever gone to.  I normally go there to order my morning coffee and each time am forced to wait 7 minutes or more to get it.  The drive-thru cashier is normally busy checking out her long hot pink finger nails and using her bluetooth to speak to friend while I am giving my order.  Then she gets pissed because it sounded like she was asking me who did my hair when she was really asking whoever she was on the phone with.
  
  The coffee comes and because they refuse to put in the cream and sugar, I have to burn myself trying to drive with one knee and stir in some Splenda into a blazing out (rather thin) cup.

  Now, I must admit that I am NOT a McDonald's person but I was drawn into the hype of the new Frappe. I am not a coffee drinker either but every now and then I want that buzz!
  So, I ordered a large caramel Frappe which I guess would be comparable to Starbucks Frappucino. The most noticeable difference is that you can't really taste the coffee in the Frappe & its cost (much cheaper than SBs). It has more of a creamy & sweet taste yet it did not make my stomach turn. If you really need to taste the coffee, you would hate this concoction! The Frappe comes topped with whipped cream and is drizzled with caramel on top. It is very visually appealing and I looked very "grown & sexy" drinking it! ; )
  OK, so you may be wondering to yourselves, "Momma, why only 2 stars?"...well, allow me... when I went in, there was no line, no waiting...the cashier was cordial and accommodating. The problem: the machine was empty! Therefore, I had to wait for the obviously busy (wink wink) manager who had to be the ONLY person (of the 10 standing around) trained on refilling the machine on McDonald's newest creation. It took 15 minutes for this to happen. Just when I thought my order was complete (and yes this is the only thing I ordered!), I was disappointed yet again to find out that my yummy looking Frappe was going to the customer who had been patiently waiting in the "pull out of the drive-thru line & wait in isolation while we complete 20 other orders 1st" section. 5 minutes later, the cashier who originally took my order gave the monster machine a try and filled a SMALL cup with my Frappe. I secretly reminded her that I ordered a LARGE so she politely dumped my Frappe into a LARGE cup and squirted enough whipped cream on top to make up for the difference. I was saved by a manager hovering nearby who insisted that a proper LARGE Frappe was prepared for me.
  And finally, 30 minutes, one compliment on my choice of toe nail color and an open debate between 3 of the undoubtedly biggest HATERS in Chicago re: the authenticity of my hair later, I was finally afforded the opportunity to enjoy my yummy looking Frappe!
