  Rude, very rude employees.  Slow service.  They did not get our order correct.  The bathrooms were extremely dirty.

  I stopped here as my wife and I were travelling and although we normally don't eat McDonalds we thought, what the hell! This is also shared with the general store and at 4 or so in the afternoon on a Sinday the McDonalds was closed. Epic FAIL! That aside, I liked the general store. They had an okay selection of snacks and trinkets and also had an ATM inside.

  Really had no other choice when I was on the way back to NY from VA.
  
  Typical McDonalds..
  
  Crappy food..
  
  Never looks as good as it does in the pictures..
  
  Taste was typical.
  
  Service was not good -- highly understaffed for a VERY busy rest stop location.

  This is the second time I've eaten here, somehow I found the same place two times driving through here.  
  
  Yelp makes me give one star but this place deserve zero. The place is dirty they never wipe the tables down there is food all over them. The bathrooms are so dirty, you'd be cleaner not washing your hands. This place is like Lord of the flies, there are flies everywhere.

  I stopped off here just before they closed on the way home from Blacksburg last weekend.  There was a bit of a wait for my food but the service was friendly.  Also, they have a book sharing crate which I think is super cool.  It's a "leave a book, take a book" deal.  There were only a few Ronald McDonald coloring books for kids in it this last time but I've seen books in there before on previous visits.  I may take a few books to leave there next time I'm passing through the area.
  
  There's a BP built in with the McDonalds, which is pretty convenient.
  
  My fries were cold but they were about to close so I can't really complain too much about that.
