McDonald's of Whitney Point

We've been to this McDonald's twice on our way north via I-81. Both times have been absolute disasters. :( One of the times we waited more than 20minutes for our order... at a "fast food" restaurant. There were many disgruntled customers, some of whom were so frustrated that they demanded their money back and left.
Add to that that it's in a not-so-well-kept travel plaza/gas station and it is just a disaster.

Great McDonald's location in the small, yet lovely town of Whitney Point, New York.  Very ideal location for stopovers on the way to Buffalo/Canada. Small town charm and kindness of employees add to it's overall great rating. Restaurant is part of mini-mart complex with a convenience store built within the restaurant.
