Loved it! Â My husband and I got the chicken quesadilla for an appetizer and it was cooked perfectly and really good. Â I got the Potato and Chicken Bowl. Â It was delicious. Â Kind of like Shephard's Pie but with crispy chicken...and in a bowl. Â Its pretty much my dream meal. Â Delicious. Â My husband got the Gumbies. Â He really liked them and he liked he Honey BBQ sauce he got with them. Â There are a lot of really interesting and tasty looking things on the menu, so we can't wait to go back and try different things. Â Its in a weird location, but besides that we loved everything!
Review Source:It was very crowded when we came in which wasn't surprising for a Friday night.. got seated pretty quickly though. Pretty good sized menu as well as portions.. I couldn't even finish my meal. Our drinks took awhile to come but the food came in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly service, definitely great if you're looking for BBQ.
Review Source:Mojo's is a Portsmouth treasure with truly something for everyone. The menu is extensive, with their signature BBQ dishes in addition to burgers, steaks, chicken, and fish. Mojo's succeeds on several levels; it's a family restaurant, it's your neighborhood joint, it's a sports bar, and it's a great destination on date night.
I was visiting Portsmouth from Seattle and could have happily eaten at Mojo's every day. The staff is friendly and attentive, the portions generous, and the food excellent. We have a lot of great restaurants here but I can't name one that does everything Mojo's does under one roof.
