I'm still hung up on the same comment as everyone else: they serve beer in mason jars! The bartender will ask, "big or small?" haha, I love my alcohol in units of "big or small." I chose "big," and two were just right.
The bar is fairly sizable, with a pool table and juke box. Plenty of space for groups.
They advertise karaoke on Thursdays and Saturdays, but I haven't been to that so I can't comment on it. There are different drink specials each night. However, the specials aren't that special -- I'm sure I've paid less in swankier pubs in bigger cities.
I like the bar, but there are plenty of things that are weird about it. Â I like how they serve beer in mason jars. Â I like that they have a jukebox and pool tables and a fake fireplace. Â The patrons vary from clean-cut military dudes to meth-heads wearing No Fear t-shirts. Â In fact, everyone who wasn't military seemed to be wearing clothing from 1994. Â Maybe it has something to do with the outlet stores being nearby. Â I don't know. Â Also, they only accept cash, which makes me wonder if it's just a weird time capsule in the corner of a strip mall.
Review Source:Mollys is a great place during the summer since the AC is always cranked up to high. IIts been about 3 months since I was last here so the previous reviwer might be righ about the food situation. But Molly's servers food. Mainly pizza's and  other typical bar food, think onion rings and Jalapeno poppers. Pitchers are generous and well poured. Karaoke all the time. The place is large, open and tile so if you aren't there for the karaoke then you might want to stay away on those nights since its loud and takes over the whole bar. Barstow doesn't have many bars so this ends up being the default for all sorts when starting out their night. Best to walk over to Rubys since the police always seem to pop people driving across.

It is convientely located on Main Street across from Von's.
It has a nice bar, pool table, juke box providing music and all the local flavor you would want when bar hopping in Barstow.
We actually started bar hopping and just stayed beacause it was the perfect place to talk, commiserate and share life experiences....

Not bud light or miller light ..... I hope.
It looked to us that the pub was serving Miller light and tequila shot specials, but we did not participate.
The Black and Tans, the Harp and the Bass Ale did just fine for us.
It was sharing of experiences ....
Great company .....
and a nice get away place ....
We came away feeling good about ourselves
we solved a lot of world problems
and we had a damn good time all on $10.00.

Did I mention that it is conveniently located next to a small market.
