Thanks for the fast reply and strong social media awareness. We didn't have time to wait for new "al dente" spaghetti to be brought out. Keep doing what you're doing as your target audience is very passionate and supportive about your food.

Just had a business meeting in this place and it exceeded my expectations. I recommend the veggie pizza and the cannoli. The manager came out to say hi to us and the service was fast and accurate. I recently came back from Italy and I haven't eating In many Italian restaurants lately, but this particular is now one of my favorite in town.

Next time I will try their lasagna because the lady next to us got it and looked good.

They have promotions on yelp so use them the next time you go.

We had a late lunch here one afternoon a couple of weeks ago, and probably won't be back. My pizza tasted pretty good, my boyfriend's chicken parm would have been all right if it was a few bucks cheaper, given the mediocre sauce and overcooked chicken. The reason we won't be back, though, is the service.

We came in around three in the afternoon; there was only one other two-person table. Since we were in kind of a hurry, this pleased us; we thought there was no way service could be slow if ours was the only order going back. Boy, were we wrong. First, we walked in, and the guy behind the bar didn't acknowledge us in any way. Since we'd never been before, we weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or what, and hovered awkwardly in front of the bar until he said, "Oh, just sit wherever." There weren't menus anywhere we could see, so we grabbed two of the paper take-out menus from the bar and sat down. After a few minutes of squinting at the tiny paper menus in the dim lighting, our waiter came over and gave us real menus. And then he vanished for another ten minutes.

We could hear him, behind the bar, loudly telling the other two employees about an unexpected party of twenty that had arrived at lunch, and how slammed they'd been. That sounds like it was really unpleasant; I've worked in restaurants, I know how it is with big groups. But, the desire to complain about how crappy your lunch service was should not mean that you ignore the customers who are right in front of you, especially when there are literally only four of them in the whole restaurant. His other table were done with their food, looking around, visibly impatient to get their check, even before he gave us our menus. He didn't take care of them until after he came back to take our order (half an hour after we arrived). We ordered, the other table left, and then we listened to our waiter give another long speech to his coworkers about how tired he was and how busy lunch had been. It was really annoying; we were seated just a few feet from where all three employees were clustered in the bar - which meant that not only were we forced to overhear their conversation, but that we could literally see them sitting down and talking while our water glasses went un-refilled for the entire time we were there, and every stage of our meal took forever.

I needed a to-go box for my extra pizza, and I had to wave down the busser as he walked by to get one, since our waiter hadn't been back by our table since delivering the food. After he brought us the box, we waited literally another ten minutes for the waiter to wander over and ask if we wanted our check. No, dude, we were just sitting here with our leftovers checking our watches because we wanted to listen to you tell us how slammed lunch was some more. And even once we asked for the check, he wandered around the restaurant for a few minutes, chatting with the busser, before going to the computer and getting our ticket. We were the *only* *customers*. If we'd arrived at the same time as or right after his twenty-top, I'd get it. But four hours later, that was no longer an excuse for the terrible service we received. Final rating: utterly unimpressive.
