As much as I don't like Applebee's it is a much better choice. Should have known to leave when the cook/manager came to apologize to the people behind me for burning there meal 3 times. 25 min for our salads and 1/2 sandwich, and was told my fries weren't ready yet so she would bring them out later.
Review Source:I have had my share of meals here at this location, and I feel like it's about time I contribute a review! From the appetizers to the main courses, just about everything here is pretty good.
I love O'Charley's Caesar Salad. It comes in three varieties: classic, chicken, and grilled chicken. Depending on whether I feel like chicken, I'll opt for the classic. Their Caesar dressing is some of the best I've ever had, the lettuce is always crisp, and the croutons give the salad a wonderful flavor. If I'm feeling like a snack instead of a salad, I'll order the Southwest Twisted Chips. You will want to order them just for the cheese sauce.
My only complaint about this O'Charley's location is their rolls. In the past couple years, this location's rolls have went from looking like an actual roll to being flat, having no body, and looking slightly burnt. This ends up giving the roll a toughness that makes them a little difficult to eat. Maybe I've just been in on certain days when the rolls are like this and they're normal on some days, but I can't say for certain. Considering O'Charley's is famous for their rolls, I have to take away a couple stars.
The service here is sometimes hit-and-miss, but the waitress I had on my last visit was one of the best I've ever had here.
I don't get to eat at this location much, but when I do, I enjoy it. With a few improvements, I would have no problem giving this location four or five stars.
