The Old Dublin

Stopped in for a few drinks on a Friday night with my boyfriend and another couple. We were able to grab a table and order a few drinks. There was some live music playing, which was cool. Didn't stay very long, but it was pleasant.

Good Irish joint! Smaller bar, good taps! Never ate here ;) Has an outside area in back too. Fun Fun place!

Why would you come to an Irish pub for the food? Don't get me wrong, the food is fine. I've had a few of the appetizers and a salad and I wasn't displeased with any of them. But the key is to pair it with a (very affordable) beer sampler or two. Maybe three? Or is that pushing it? That's why you go to a place like this. And that's why you come back, and frequently.

Sure, this place has a divey feel, but I love that about it. Just remember: get beer, maybe some curry fries, and you'll be just fine.
