Pattys Bar and Grill

Karen, my wife, and I stopped for supper on 24 Sept 2012.  Patty was our server and was surprised by our request for vegetarian food, but she and her cousin (the cook) fixed two wonderful, vegetarian, sandwiches.  They were delicious and we were completely satisfied.

Ok, first of all, I'm a business traveler that is tired of the "run of the mill" national franchise chain fast food assembly line joints (that's a mouthful). Anyways, I was traveling from Cali to Phoenix on the 10 Freeway and got hungry as I came upon Blythe. Here's the deal though, I wasn't in the mood for the "usual". I hit up Yelp and found this oasis in the desert, no, I'm serious. Honestly, I was apprehensive about ordering food. However, I spoke to Patty and she convinced me to try the"Fat Burger". I did. She was right. It destroyed the national chain burgers in town. Great burger. Highly recommended. By the way, Patty not only takes your order, she also cooks it on the outdoor barbecue. I found it by accident, but, I assure you I will make a special trip each time I pass by. Be sure to try Patty's Phat Phries. Their made to order, Yum!
