Penn Station East Coast Subs

Great food/ poor customer service. Went there at 10:30 to get a sub. They didn't have the sign on so I went to the door and it was locked. I knocked on the door and no one would come to it. An employee came to the locked door and the employee inside let us in. The employee asked if they were open and what I believe to be the manager said that the bread was not ready. I get that they were not ready to open. I have no issue other than if your customer is standing at your door a simple acknowledgement would do. Hanging your head and waiting for the customer to leave is not good customer service on any level. I went to Subway.

This Penn Station is housed in what used to be a Dairy Queen, then a Hot Head Burritos. The remodel they did was great, as this is the best that the building has ever looked. The food is the same tasty subs and fries as any other Penn Station. The service at this location is better than most though. Even though they are relatively new, they have nailed in on every order I've had here. They're a welcome addition to Dry Ridge.
