I understand that the management is new, but there is no way you should have to wait over an hour for your food. They had several more servers come in during that period to help manage the rush though. Food was mediocre but portions were large. It is sort of a bar so the cleanliness was mostly in line. The people next to us complained about cold food. Sorry guys, this industry is tough. If you can't manage it, you shouldn't be doing it.
