This place is tiny, interesting concept. There are a lot of pie-flavored cocktails, only about 6 actual pies to choose from. we shared an apple crumble pie a la mode. it was amazing. If you're looking for a Baker's Square-like selection, this is not the place.

Small homey bar. They have a bar counter and a couple of tables. I wouldn't come here in a big group because space is very limited. The owner of the bar was our waitress, and she is such a sweetheart :) Her twin sister is the baker and makes all of the delicious pies, and she holds down the bar.

The pies are AMAZING. Probably the best dessert pies I've ever had, and their side scoop of vanilla ice cream went perfectly with the pie. My friends and I shared the Desserted Island. We destroyed it in about less than five minutes and quickly ordered another one; this time the Granny Apple pie. The pie fillings were fresh and the crust was a perfect crumble.

Their drinks are also very good. I had the key lime pietini, and my friends had the moonshine strawberry champagne and a pumpkin cinnamon drink that I can't remember the name of. I really enjoyed mine. The pie crusted rim was a nice touch to the drink. My friends also thoroughly enjoyed theirs.

Overall, I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back here again to try their savory pies. :)

Fantastic! I had some Granny Smith crumble & strawberry rhubarb pie. The server was helpful & attentive. It's in a small space but they use the area efficiently. I highly recommend.

What a find! Great idea, Fun staff, AMAZING pie and even more amazing drinks!

It was by luck that I had the opportunity to stop by this place and I am so glad it happened. I had the Pumpkin Pie martini and the hubby had a Moscow Mule with Apple Pie moonshine. I could sip on that thing all day long. We shared the Marionberry pie ala mode. The filling was too good and the crust...ive never had pie crust as good as that. Crumbly, sweet, flaky...i dont know. It was damn good. And my pumpkin pie martini glass was rimmed with the stuff! And yes I licked the glass until I got every crumb!

Thank you for being the highlight of my trip!

The pie here is incredible. It tastes like that ideal pie - thoroughly buttery and caramelized sugar throughout the crumble and crust. For the slices of fruit pie I split with my friends, the filling tasted fresh, without being overpowered by sugar. The crumble to pie ratio was pretty close to 1:2 - excellent. I did like the more tart fruit combinations better because the ice cream + crumble topping were altogether quite sweet.

Note: it's a small location. Maybe not the best for groups greater than 4 people...but great for a date!

Once upon a time there was a little road on a hill called Olive. On this road were a few shops, a pizza place, and a teensy weensy little building where locals would get together to sing songs. It was a happy little street with not much ado. Then one day a magical thing took place. The Capitol Hill Fairy, tired of PBR and fake mustaches, decided to plant a chandelier in the ground and A speak easy called Knee high stocking company opened up. Many people flocked to see this Alice in wonderland invention, with magical bartenders that wowed you with wondereous spinning bottles and brews. Olive street became a place to go.
Soon other stores and restaurants followed but Kneehigh was really the reason to visit this corner of the hill for those seeking fancy fun. Until one day the Capitol hill Fairy woke from its slumber after Zombie walk and decided to visit again and sprinkle sprinkle "the Pie Bar" was born. The Pie bar a place for magical pies and *gasp* bartenders that turn sports off so you can have a romantic night. Where you can't decided between closing your eyes and enjoying the next bite or continuing your great conversation with your date or even the bartender. A must go to spot for anyone that enjoys whimsy, fairy tales, fancy fun or yes pie.
Thank you capitol hill fairy, keep up the good work.

I'll admit it, I'm a frequent Pie-er.

Pie Bar offers a variety of sweet and savory pies - that they change up weekly. I've had coconut, peanut butter, marionberry, blueberry, apple, mixed berry, shepherds, and more. I can't even keep up with their menu. I absolutely adore the berry pies with the crumble on top - it's the right buttery, sugary crunch you crave with each bite. Better yet, get it a la mode... don't worry, no one is counting calories here. If you really want a sugar high, order one of their pie-tini's to top off your dessert.

This place is tiny - so be prepared to snuggle up next to a stranger, esp. if you are sitting in the bar. But the best part - they are open until 2am!

The pies here are phenomenal!! The crust is absolutely perfect. I had the pumpkin pie and it tasted like my grandmother just baked it. Hands down the best pies in Seattle!

umm....amazing!!!

Some friends and I finished up dinner nearby and couldn't decide on a place to go but happened to stumble upon this place with its high reviews. When we got there, we were kinda surprised it was so tiny and were second guessing these yelp reviewers haha. But we ordered the Deserted Island pie and it was http://bomb.com!! They serve it warm with a scoop of ice cream on top which makes it that more glorious.

Need to go back!! I've actually heard the savory pies are good too

Tiny place with great pie. Pecan was insanely good and I liked their pumpkin pie, too. Such great crust!

The pie is amazing, the drinks are amazing, and they even do cocktails not on the menu. I had a chance to enjoy their pumpkin pietini and it was amazing. After all the sweet pie and pietini I saw that they had ginger beer and asked them to make a dark and stormy and they happily obliged.

My only negative is the space. Do not go in there with a large group. The place is small and "cozy", but it is worth the wait if there are no seats available.

A short variety of pies, both savory and sweet, some of my favorite sweet options are the Deserted Island and Marionberry. The crust isn't soggy and albeit a little sweet for me, but grab a drink and it works out perfectly.

Just around the corner of Bellevue Ave and Melrose Ave, extremely small and also in the weirdest shape, you might miss this bar, so just remember it's directly across the street from Knee High Stocking Inc.

I am deeply in love with the Pie Bar. The twins that own it are so nice (I am also a twin and knowing they are working together is amazing. I wish I could do that with my twin) and give great service of a beautiful product. Once I went for the first time I was hooked. I don't make much so I can't go as often as I'd like to (first world problems). But I know that every single time I go I will get swift service with a smile along with outstanding cocktails, lick-your-plate savory pies and side salads with seriously superb dessert pies. I cannot say enough good things about this oasis of amazing so I'll stop here.

Thank you to the staff for your consistency and high grade of service.

I'll give you a play by play of my visit...

First, place is tiny! Is the whole thing? But we got a table, servers were great, definanty great customer service and recommendations. I had a hard cider, it was amazing, but smaller than expected... I also had the curry chicken pot pie, best pot pie I've ever had, amazing, chicken and potatoes cooked perfectly. If say it tastes like home, but nothing in my home tasted that good!

$10 for a slice of pie and some ice cream either has to be damn near the whole pie or the best damn pie I've ever had... the slice was your average size. the pie - bomb dot com. Granny Smith Apple Crumb. Perfect amount of apple in every bit, crumby crispy crumbs in every bite. The perfect amount of sour green apple flavor - smoothed over with a silky vanilla bean ice cream. Warm and Cold dish at it's best.

You really can't over sell pie in a review. One simply must except that when pie is near its perfection - one simply has to just shut up and eat it. Then one would understand.

I will say this place is TINY! grab one thru the window or consider yourself lucky if you can find a seat. Either way... shut up and put it in your mouth. Its D-Rishus!

Holy Hell this is the best idea ever! These people make a darn tasty savory pie, I'll certainly be trying the sweet ones as soon as I stop feeling bad about my recent gym habits (or lack there of). My boyfriend had the classic chicken pot pie, and I had the savory tart. We finished those in record time and decided to order another of the fajita pie's to split instead of ordering a second round.... oh, gluttony. I also had some sort of delicious bourbon/coffee concoction that was done very well.

The space is super tiny and awkwardly shaped, sort of like a hallway with tables and chairs in it. This is not a group space, there is a bar with maybe 4 stools, and 4 or 5 two tops. It is decorated well for the limited space; inviting, and definitely "cozy". There is no parking and it's right next to the freeway entrance, so street parking can be tricky in that area, but I don't really care because I could open my living room window and hit this place with a well aimed rock (why must your fatty deliciousness be so close to me? Danger, Will Robinson).

Service is awesome, and for all you dudes out there: This place is run by two cute twin blondes. One cooks, the other serves. What's not to like here??? Well, only one thing... I dropped a star purely for portion size. Although you do get a small green salad before your pie - these are not dinner sized portions, and they are dinner prices. You'll pay $12 or $13 for a slice of savory pie, and it will not fill you up by any means. Plus, you'll be left with a spotless plate and a look of greed on your face that is just not becoming. Oh pie bar.... you will be a dirty little after-dinner secret.

Pie!!! It's a tiny place. If you have more than 3 in your group you might be hard pressed to find room. If you're claustrophobic you'd do better to use the walk up window and munch your pie standing outside on the sidewalk.

3 savory pies, 5 sweet pies, a list of pietinis and lovely cocktails. The pies are delicious, the cocktails quite nice and the bartenders are a lot of fun.

I'd say the only downside is I had 1 pie and 1 cocktail and after tip my bill came to $23. I'm not that old and I remember the days of pie and endless coffee for $1.50 at the cafe in my hometown. The price left me a little shellshocked. Still, I'd come back here as a rare treat to cap off my night out with the girls or date with my man.

How dare you, Pie Bar! I'm going to blame any future weight gain on this delicious little gem.

Came here with a Yelp bar crawl and there are so many things to rave about. First, I love the decor. Even the bathroom was beautiful. I didn't realize it right away, but one of the sister-owners was bartending, so she told me they'd designed the place themselves. Impressed!

The space is quite small, so don't come with a large group, but they accommodated our fairly large group quite well early on a Friday night. I tried the recommended pecan pie-tini, which is dipped in a pie crust rim and tastes like heaven.

When we popped back in with the full group, we were able to snag a couple tables in the back corner away from the bar. I tried the strawberry champagne cocktail which was fresh, bubbly, and a perfect summer sipper. I also had the beef pie, which is a large slice accompanied by an arugula, beet, and feta salad with balsamic. I dislike two out of the three ingredients, but it paired quite well with the pie and I finished every bite. Pie itself is flaky crust, delicious and rich. It was the perfect balance of meat to veggie, and although a tad pricy, worth every penny.

I also got to try bites of the desserted island and apple crumb. These girls know their pie. Great combos, wonderful selection.

I LOVE the check out method-- swipe your card on an ipad, you select the tip percentage, sign with a finger. Easy! Don't make drunk Trisha do math!

I am enamored, and the sweet, local owner really made this a great first (of many) visit.

Just tried this place two nights ago and man, delicious pie with cocktails, what more could a girl ask for?

The pie was some of the best tasting pie I've had, with fresh fruits and an amazing crumble top! I had the Desserted Island and I highly recommend that if you like fruit pies. The pie menu also changes every week, so this is a place you have to go to more than once :) (It's also printed on sparkly, metallic gold paper).

The place is small, but the service is great! The cocktails are also really yummy. I tried the Strawberry Moonshine Champagne (I'm not quite sure if that's the name, but that's as close as I can remember about the name).

I'll have to go back to try some of their pie flavored cocktails (called Pietinis) and some more of their pie.

so good it hurts. . . you better be ready for the cheat dessert that is going to happen when you walk in

I'm food coma-ing as I type but the marionberry pie + blackberry peanut butter cream pies has got to be some of the best "pie" in Seattle by far. These aren't your typical pies with the basic crust! Each type is pretty unique is its own way.

seating is limited but you can order from the lil window outside.

Highly recommend one with the densely loaded crumbled crust. it almost taste like bits of oatmeal cookies on top.

Pie ... in a bar ... three blocks away from my Seattle home. It's a good thing for my health I don't live here full time.

We stopped by on Marc M.'s bar crawl, aaand I was already a couple drinks in. Which means that I was super ready to have some pie. I am not a huge fan of cream in my alcohol, but I was already buzzed so I just wanted everything, so on top of a slice of pie I also got the Lemon Meringue Pietini. I kinda wanted to get the Strawberry Shortcake Pietini but I find whipped cream vodka to be pretty gross, so alas. I forget the name of the pie, but it had three different kinds of berries and apples in it, and strudel, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Dude. Especially while drunk, suuper tasty. I honestly didnt even need the ice cream, the pie was amazing by itself. The drink was good too, it had a fun pie crumb rim, and it was strong. But I wasn't really into the creamy part, especially with my ice cream, it was a little too much cream for me. Next time I would try one of the non-creamy drinks, a friend had the champagne and strawberries drink and I thought that was pretty good. My friend also tried one of the savory pies, I think the english beef, which was very tasty. However, I am not a fan of arugula, so it would be a lot for me to spend on one slice of pie (I think it cost $12 or $13).

For me, the size of the place is both a plus and a minus. It is very small, which gives an intimate feel, but sometimes you get a little more intimate with the neighboring table than you would like. The owners were very friendly to our group, and managed to negotiate the tiny space pretty well. In the end the reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 star has mostly to due with the space issues and the price. But that's a good thing. Because I need a reason not to go eat pie everyday.

Zach let's go over the case notes for Pie Bar. This tiny bar on Olive is a real treat. When we first heard about Pie Bar, we didn't think it would be quite so literal. But lo and behold, Pie Bar serves, and serves quite well. And even though the small space may deter any from stopping in during high tide, it is worth braving the claustrophobia, right Zach?

We can't underscore how small the bar really is. At the counter itself, there is just about a person's width in space to walk through before chairs adorn you on both sides. It doesn't run very deep either. You have a little more space closer to the door, but the space is very easily filled. When we first arrived the bar was basically empty, but after getting our drink the place was packed. Figuring out when the bar isn't filled to capacity is rather difficult, but is beyond worth figuring out this puzzle.

This must be taken as a high compliment - the pie here outshines Thomas' biscuits. The balance here of the milk and butter, crust and filling...it is impressive, isn't it Zach? Let's start with the Desserted Island. If this pie were named after an island you were stranded on, you would never want to be saved. The tart berries used in this pie really shine and make for an amazing dessert. It's served a la mode, so even if the green apple doesn't push you over the edge, the ice cream most certainly will. Amazing!

Sweet isn't the only kind of pie served here. We were able to try the steak pie, and this too was very tasty, right Zach? The steak is very tender and comes with a light sprinkling of salt and pepper. It rounds out with some potato and an arugula salad. Combine this with the Desserted Island and you've got a nice meal going. But...

It isn't complete without a cocktail. This is where Pie Bar may shock you, as it did us Zach. We aren't very fond of cream-based cocktails, and though Pie Bar's selection isn't purely cream-based, most of the drinks are. That being said, you simply must try one of the pie cocktails. The pie crust crumble along the rim of the martini glasses is a fantastic touch, one that proves more interesting than a typical margarita's assembly. The lemon meringue pietini is fantastic and sealed the deal for us. There is some good alcohol in this frothy drink, and the lemon mixes with the pie crust very well. It is as elegant as it is delicious, right Zach?

Do yourself a favor and have a drink at Pie Bar. The only way it would be better is if it had a bigger bar. They have mastered the art of dessert, both in pie and beverage form.

This is a really great stop to complete a night (although we started here). Pie Bar is very specific in what it is trying to provide and it does that extremely well.

I gave Pie Bar a 5 because the food and drinks were both amazing. I tried a Blueberry and a Pecan Pietini along with the Apple pie and one of the savory pies that I can't recall the name of. We spoke with one of the owners and it was very obvious that they had put a lot of thought and hard work into planning and operating the restaurant.

The size of the establishment leaves a little to be desired, but they realized that and the pie window is a really great idea to accommodate people that want pie but don't want to sit in a crowded room. The other added benefit is that if you didn't want pie before walking by that window, you will after.

I hate hipsters and I hate tight spaces, yet I love this place. It's kinda like that movie with a young Ryan Gosling where he's a neo-Nazi but then finds out he's Jewish or knew it all along or something, and then there's a scene where he's reading a book at a synagogue with a yarmulke on, and then there's another scene where he snaps his suspenders at a group of Jewish people to let them know he is a Nazi. Okay, I don't remember anything else about the movie really, but I know that he was conflicted. It's EXACTLY how I feel about this place. Well, I suppose that isn't entirely true because he was a self-hating Jewish person in that movie, and I for SURE am no hipster, and I'm definitely not a cramped space. So I'm not really hating myself. Okay, so if there was a movie about Ryan Gosling where he hated Jewish people but was Catholic or Chinese or whatever, but really likes a Jewish girl played by maybe Gabrielle Union or.... Oh I know, A Bronx Tale! Yeah, it's like when Colegino falls in love with the black girl but his friends die with all those Molotov cocktails in the car.... Nevermind, it doesn't really fit there either. But I do HATE hipsters and have a fear off being in tight spaces. The worst dream I ever had was one where I was a baby chick in an egg, but couldn't bust out of the egg. I was tapping at the walls of the egg with my beak and it snapped my beak off it was so strong and thick! It was weird because I could see the inside of the egg perfectly, but in real life I don't know where that light source would come from.

Anyways, the hipsters got it right this time. The do from time to time. Those 50/50 blend shirts are very comfortable. Though I can't afford it, organic sh** is good for you. And what can I say? Santigold has some catchy tunes. This is one of those rare instances where hipsters do something that those of us who like "How I Met Your Mother" benefit from. I ordered a pie and a drink, and some dude who looked woefully out of place (he looked like my boy Irish Brian from Willy's in NJ) gave up his seat for me and my company. I was like, sheeeee**** this is weird. No one gives up seats for anything in my land. But whatevs, the pie was banging. The drink could've been liquid Downy or toothbrush backwash and I didn't notice because the pie was that good. The pietenders or bartenders or whatever, were cute too, but I had already gotten myself in way too much trouble in the short time I was in the city, so I spared them the heartache of my inevitable departure. Because they would've fell for me hipster or not. I'm that kinda guy.

The thing that really pushed this place up to five stars was the futuristic calculator-computer-information-calculator-touch-screen-calculator with pictures that I paid my bill on. We really are living in the future, folks. #theyear2000

But seriously, this place was great. Eat there. Don't bring a gun though. They specifically discourage it for whatever reason. I swear it. It's on a sign outdoors. I assume it is to curb all the gun violence on Capitol Hill.

Ok I've been here 3 more times in the last 3 weeks so I obviously like it a lot. I think the place really improved for me as I started trying the pies and more drinks.

So far I've had:
-Peachtini
-Apple crumb pie
-Blueberry/raspberry pie
-Banana cream pie
-Coconut cream pie
-Strawberry rhubarb pie
-Strawberry champagne.

My favorites are the blueberry/raspberry pie, apple crumb pie and strawberry champagne but all are good!

I'm personally really more about the pie here. The crumb is the BEST part. I liked the banana cream and coconut cream pies because it tasted so fresh but I love the fruit ones because the texture contrast between the fruit, pie and delicious ice cream are great. If they just served crust here or you could take it home to go, I'd probably buy it!

I'm still trying to find the right dessert martini for me because I can be kind of weird about dairy alcoholic drinks. When I told the owner today, she listened to what I usually like. I mentioned I like St. Germain champagne cocktails so she suggested the strawberry champagne. This was a great choice. It wasn't too sweet so it didn't overpower the pie, it was strong and her suggestion made sense given what I told her I liked. I felt like she actually listened to me.

I also like that they ring you up via Square on iPad here. She just brings the iPad over and it makes it easier to split everything. They never complain about us splitting a slice of pie and putting this or that on the bill.

The staff here is always super friendly as well. I've met several and they are always chatting us up and welcome feedback. The owner is super sweet and friendly. She told me if I didn't like my strawberry champagne, it was on the house. No problem because I loved it. Some restaurants don't like Yelpers but she is super friendly to Yelpers.

My one thing I wish they had was a vegetarian savory pie.

I'll probably see you guys next week...

Late night pie craving? Pie Bar is your go-to place. Shared a Desserted Island a la mode with my dude and it was absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of sweet and tart. Each bite was a little piece of heaven and it just melted in my mouth. Love that they're open until 2AM so if you've got to get your fix in the wee hours of the morning, you know where to go. Happy hour starts at 11PM and it's $2 off cocktails and pies.

Thank you pie ladies!!

So first, who doesn't love pie!! It's simple small bar for pies a la mode and pie flavored martinis. You say, "It's too much pie?" Well, shut your pie hole! So as you can see I've been here many times and I love it every time.
Here are my recs in the order or eating preference

Pie: $8. Beware they are incredibly filing so if you are already full, consider sharing otherwise you will want your own...
- Peanut butter and marionberry jam pie: creamy, not overly sweet peanut butter pie with a marionberry compote on top. The side of vanilla ice cream is actually unnecessary for this one. But would have more marionberry on top.
- Strawberry rhubarb pie: the best part is the warmth with streusel on top. Lovely vanilla ice cream on top. Good to share as the ice cream melts quickly.
- Chicken Pot Pie (savory) - so delicious, I could totally eat 2 slices of this if I wasn't eating a sweet pie and a pietini afterwards!
- Banana cream pie. omg not overly sweet either. Also sans the mode
- coconut cream Pie - delicious and filling
- Desserted Island - great mix of berries and apple when you just can't decide. I am enamored by the streusel on top

Pietini: $11 pie inspired martinis - in general perfectly strong!! They actually taste like spiked liquid pie!
- Pumpkin pietini - hands down my favorite every time
- Strawberry shortcake pietini - a close second
- Peachtini
- Blueberry pietini
- Key Lime pietini - great if you like tartiness of key lime yum yum
- Dutch apple pietini - needs a bit more apple flavor.

Great service, so friendly! Natalie is almost always there, and she's so nice! Can't wait to try more!!

the only negatives: it's always really hot in there, but they do turn on the AC. It's small so during busy times can be difficult maneuver around, but have always had a table.

How did I not know this place was here? I'm terribly ashamed of myself! Fortunately, I associate with pie-lovers. One such pie-addict brought me here and led me to the convenient "walk-thru" window. The woman working that day was super cute and friendly and chatty. There's nothing quite like someone who clearly enjoys their job! We picked up a slice of apple something something for him and a sour cherry rhubarb for me. They serve it a la mode, but unfortunately we were on foot and in a hurry, so we had to stop and get our own ice cream. Vanilla + this pie = a beautiful buttery heaven. The pie was delicious!!! The filling was just the right amount of sweet and sour for me. The crumbly crust was delicious but maybe there was juuuust a little too much crust for me. That's okay. You just add more ice cream and soak it up, right? Mmmm.

I haven't been inside, but I imagine it's a cute date place. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors of pie with my date! :)

The concept is certainly interesting but this little pie bar feels a bit gimmicky. The pie is quite good, we ordered the classic apple pie as a litmus test; the filling was sweet and flavorful and the crust was crumbly and buttery. Slices of dessert pie are $8 each and served à la mode.

The pietinis cost $12 each and initially seemed overpriced but served in oversized martini glasses with a crumb rim and packing quite the boozy punch, you're really getting two drinks for that price. The lemon meringue pietini was sweet and damn stiff. My gimlet was overly tart.

The space is small, especially the tables by the window bordering the bar. If you sit anywhere in this area, be prepared to experience some accidental caresses by your neighbors. I enjoy a little bit of cozy claustrophobia now and then and imagine this place would be excellent for a sexy date. The bathroom here is special enough to merit a mention, artfully using its tiny square footage for maximum impact. There's a chandelier.

The proprietresses are warm and friendly as was our server, but I am on the fence about Pie Bar. As a bar that also serves pie, it's worth a visit. As a bar where your hopes and dreams rest solely on the drinks, I would say skip this one.

This place is super cute, and terribly tiny. The space is oddly shaped and not designed for people that dislike enclosed spaces and accidental stranger danger touching.

When we were there on a Sat night, it was busy, but not so packed that you couldn't get a tiny seat. It was pretty funny that there was only a single container of sugar for the entire place - and I mean for the bartender included. Under normal circumstances it'd be the end of the world with snickering and eye rolling - but with such a funny, quirky space it just added to the charm.

We were served by a really nice waitress who played the "guess your age" game with us. Apparently there are a lot of rules for serving if you're not of age.

The pies tasted great and the atmosphere reminded me of those small japanese bars that only have a few seats. You feel special going there. And it's pie! C'mon. Go there.

What would you have if you combined something delicious (pies) with something else delicious (alcohol)? A solid gold hit!

Pie bar is the new boutique eatery and mixology hot spot. It is right across the street from the venerable Knee High Stocking Company. It serves up delicious pies (al mode) with pie inspired drinks. It is, in my opinion, the perfect place to go with friends who can't drink (ours was pregnant). There's something delicious there for everyone.

On this night, we squeezed into the small shop, barely enough for 12 people, but somehow holding more than 20. The setting has a kitchen feel, with a few rustic touches that I liked. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We worked down the list of very interesting drinks and a couple of pies; all were delicious.

I really enjoyed my pecan pietini (made with bourbon, pecan liquor, and special sauce) and coconut pietini, as well as the strawberry rhubarb pie. Other drinks were great as well, including the pumpkin pietini. The have happy hour Sun-Thur that gives $2 off drinks and select pies.

Yummy pies and alcohol: definitely an idea that works.

Adorable, twinsie-owned pie joint. Twin sister baker and bartender FTW. Boozy dessert cocktails, savory meat pies, and dessert pies - how can you NOT fall head over heels here? Chicken pot pie was a dream - not all pot pies are made equal, and this was outstanding. Creative dessert cocktails for those who like sweet-on-sweet.

Space is tiny (fits 15-20), but they graciously accommodated our party of 6 without any issues.

Pie and drinks what could be better! Peanut butter cream pie amazing! Had to bring a slice home! Kinda pricey but from what we tasted its worth it!
Pietinis so yummy. Loved the pie crust on the rim of the glass.
The owners are super sweet and nice!
Would of given 5 stars but the place is so small you are sitting on the people next to you.
I will be back but not on a weekend.

This place opened 2.5 months ago and run by a friendly, pretty owner (Natalie) behind the counter. Half of their menu is alcohol (hence it's a bar!) and half is savory/salad/desserts. They have very limited selection of savory selection though (2 chicken pies and 1 salad). For desserts, you have about 5-6 selection of pie.

I got 2 pieces of pie to g (Banana cream pie and Deserted Island--e.g. mixed fruits..and from Natalie's recommendation, this is their best selling pie). $8 gives you a nice piece of pie + a scoop of ice cream. Take home though is just $5 a piece. Steep for a pie..but not too steep that makes you want to just bake your own. The mixed fruit pie though is a bit too sweet..since I only got this to go...maybe though it'd taste better with ice cream. Their banana cream pie though was quite good.

Overall, I wouldn't mind going back to this place again in the future just to hang out for drinks or or try their other pies. Their happy hour has $2 off of pies, too. I love local establishment that have great service mind..and this place does have it. The selection may not be as great now but that's because they have such small space to work with and probably because they are still so new.

This little hole in the wall took over the old Saley's Crepe place and if it had been any less awesome I would have hated it just because it wasn't Saley's. We wandered in on a Tuesday evening and were warmly greeted and seated by the two bartenders. Its a small joint, probably better for a date/two people than our party of four, but we ended up having a good time at the bar watching the TV and chatting with both the bartenders and a regular customer hanging out there.
*Pecan Pietini: not a huge fan, but its not bad, its just not as sweet as I'd hope
*Blueberry Pietini: fabulous with the whipped cream vodka making it go down super smooth almost like a smoothie
*Apple Crumble: best drink of the night, think caramel apple but with pie crumblies to nibble off the rim
* Lemon Mereign pietini: second best drink of the night, smooth and creamy but still with the excellent sour citrusy taste.

While I wish they had more savory pies on their menu (their website is not accurate with their current menu) but the chicken pot pie and the fajita pie were delicious and slices rather than an individual pie that ends up being mostly crust.

Service was fabulous, I'm usually not a fan of chatty bartenders because I'm awkward, but there was never a point when I felt this here and they were legitimately concerned with our feedback and enjoyment. Love to come back again, but maybe just with one other person due to the size of the joint.

Been here twice to try a strawberry rhubarb and mixed berry pie. The 1st time was packed in tight with people literally back to back along the counter parallel to the bar. $8 for a slice of pie and scoop of ice cream is a bit expensive for the size but quality over quantity. While the slice was a bit broken up the filling and crust is top-notch. $2 cheaper during happy hour from 11pm-1am (time I arrived yesterday) with a small beer selection.

It's probably a good idea the pie is so expensive because it is damn good and worth a shot for pie lovers.

Pros: Great pies! Friendly staff (mostly).

Cons: Not roomy. No air-conditioning but a lot of direct sun (which might be good in winter).

I was really excited to check this place out; who doesn't love pie?! I somehow kept going over there on a Monday or Tuesday when they were closed. Finally made it there on a different day of the week and my mouth was watering trying to choose just one pie to try. I was afraid of the answer, but still hesitantly asked if the pie crusts were vegetarian. Sadly, the answer was no, they are made with lard. I was heartbroken. My husband still ordered strawberry rhubarb pie and said it was delicious. The server was really friendly and apologetic, but alas, no pie for me. I'm hoping they decide to make a vegetarian friendly pie because I think they are missing a big piece of the market.

I will say I was astounded when the bill came and it was $18 for a slice of pie and one drink! We have been desensitized to outrageous prices here in Seattle, especially in CapHill. I actually thought the price on the menu was for a whole pie, or maybe a smaller personal size pie.

I'd love to go back if they change their pie crust recipe (and lower their prices), but for now I'll have to go elsewhere.
