Pink Cadillac Diner

Not what I expected from the reviews to say the least. The service was not very good. Our waitress did not check on us after our food was delivered and we had to search the restaurant to find our check. It was not busy.

The food menu was equivalent to a roadside burger stand but I have had better food from a roadside stand. If you want to see the memorabilia go for it otherwise you'll be disappointed.

The good:
Nice waitress.
Deep green leaf lettuce on sandwiches.
Deed rich red tomato slices on sandwiches.

The bad:
It appeared that most ingredients were from the can or frozen from a big name distributor.  No local ingredients.  Roast beef was weird and shiny.  Gravy appeared to be from the can.  Green beans definitely from the can and overcooked.

This place is a must see. They feature simple hearty burgers and ice cream.
But the real treat is the artwork of local celebrity Mark Cline.
