I was in this establishment on 10/07/13. i'm a local and this was the first time ive been in there in about 6 months and ive got to say it was my last. The manager matt harmon and the server a blonde was very unprofessional. Â She didnt tell us about the specials but she sure did a table of 4 and was waiting on them hand and foot. Â We waited about 15 min for an order of (5) cheesesticks and the only way we got them then is because i went up to the counter and they had been sitting there for 10 min. The manager matt harmon brought them out w/no plates and they were cold. Â The waitress finally came over w/our personal pizzas and started to sling them on the table and i told her she could box them that the service was terrible. Went to pay the bill and the manager said i was doing book work sorry for the delay in the cheesesticks. Â Ronnie Jones is the district manager i think and he needs to pay better attention to the help cause they r going to continue to run people off. Â I would rather have dominoes now.
Review Source:Over Thanksgiving weekend, we ordered pizzas for carryout. Â When we started eating the pizzas, they appeared to be old and they were burnt. Â The pizzas tasted OLD, very old! Â They were the WORST Pizza Hut pizzas EVER! Â Because of how horrible they were, we will NEVER eat Pizza Hut again. Â Matthew the manager, acknowledged knowing the pizzas were old and burnt and chose to still let them be given to customers. Â He admitted to knowing how horrible they were. Â Why would management allow poor quality leave the door. Â We will NEVER eat at any location again, because they obviously do not care that they would serve old and burnt food to their customers.
