Ok well the manager called me (TOTAL SHOCKER) and apologized. Â She seemed to not know the full story still. Â However, she knew it was very bad. Â She gave me a $25 credit. Â I must say I'll use the credit, but this will not be my first choice for PH. Â If phones aren't working it's something else. Â I learned my lesson.
Review Source:First off, I believe the two previous reviews. In all honesty, I've had some of my worst service experiences at this Pizza Hut. Who trains these people?
However, I really like their Pepperoni Lover's pizza on a stuffed crust. So.... I get carry out (they won't deliver -we're out of range). The pizza is usually done right but just in case, I always ask for 2 minutes longer in the oven. Sometimes the pizzas are undercooked (IMO).
I have been to a handful of Pizza Hut buffets and this one the worst. No one was present to seat me when I walked in, so I just took a seat and waited. I eventually had to go up to the counter when I saw someone there to order a drink. The woman working was nice enough - it's not her fault that there only appeared to be 2 people working. It was a pretty rough go though.
The tables were dirty but had place settings on them. I chose one that looked clean but had a general stickiness that made me uneasy.
The pizza was as good as any other Pizza Hut so give it a shot if you like their food. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
