Pop a Top Tavern

I stopped in this bar with some friends on the way to a surf rider foundation event while we were waiting for our friends to arrive.  They have all the basics:  2 pool tables, a dart board, and a couple of TVs which were tuned to racing and country music.  The pitchers of domestics were cold and cheap and did the job when we were looking for a quick local bar stop.  This is definitely a locals joint but everyone seemed friendly and into their own conversations.  It was a busy Saturday around 1PM so I can imagine it stays consistent throughout the day and maybe even into the night.
