This location is a 20 mile drive one way for us. We used the drive-thru on this occasion. When we arrived home with our order, it was wrong in a major way. So...we called immediately, and the employee responded defensively, argumentative and actually said I don t know what you want me to do about it We suggested that maybe they could take down our name and make it right or give us a concession on our next visit. Nope. Not going to happen. He did, however, ask us if we still had the chicken. Well yes. Bring it back. Ok, so the solution was to drive 40 miles RIGHT NOW and what? You re going to make it right? Maybe? You NEVER know at this location what kind of service you re going to get. BOO to Lansing Popeye s. Two requests have been made by us for a contact by corporate in a 2 week period, but they too fail to give a *hit. KFC or Church s for us moving forward~
