Power Plant Bar and Grill

Decent casual dining.  Kinda pricey for what we got, but its a resort with limited options, and in truth, it's a nice decor and they had live music.  

Why they don't have a hostess during dinner is beyond me.  Resort guests shouldn't have to stake out a table or argue about who got there first.

Food was average at best, service was terrifically slow. It's one thing to slow down when you are on vacation, it's another thing to feel like you've been forgotten. Food and Beverage management, is your outlet staffed properly for the amount of covers you have?

Most people I know would pay happily for excellent gastro-fare, however when you pay almost what you make in a week (OK, I'm sorta kidding) for a meal and you are left wanting (not kidding)... Well, just an ounce of flavor.... You will leave disappointed.

Sorry folks. The Hotel is lovely, the grounds are impressive, the decoration is dynamite - the food is simply overpriced and sadly unflattering.

It's fine.  Burgers are nice.  Service has been up and down over the few times we went there, but their intentions were always good.

Nothing here dinner-wise that would bring me back if there were other options at the hotel.  Decor inside is nice, though, and they do have entertainment in the bar on some nights.
