Where's Alice?  Fabulous place with a wonderful atmosphere, burrowed beneath Colorado Springs.  They have a nice happy hour selection of wines and appetizers.  Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the wines.

Amy was fantastic.  A friend told us to come here, and we did.  So fun.  Best martini I've ever had.

The atmosphere is cool, if not a little odd.  Heard the building was once the city morgue.  Bartender told of some creepy ghost encounters which was entertaining.  The cheese plate was good...5 varieties.  Wish they would have left off the mozzarella though...too bland.  And to the waitress...it's Manchega not Parmesan.  Ordered the roasted beet and goat cheese salad and the Mussels.  Mussels were good but a little overcooked.  Beets on the other hand were undercooked.  I love beets but not al dente!  Would probably return for a drink but would definitely go somewhere else for dinner.
