decent bar, nice outside section.. food is decent.. friendly staff..  only complaint id say is there choice in bands..  which  almost made me leave...  i got gift certificates for this place and there are exemptions.. {cannot use to buy drinks and can only use them to buy food during certain hours. valid for lunch, food only.. minimum purchase of 20$}  not a great gift certificate...
Review Source:Decent menu selection and excellent food for a Sports bar. The daily specials are very reasonably priced especially the Friday prime rib dinner special. The fries with bay seasoning are great as well as the wings. I kind of wish there was another selection size between 12 and 24 wings. 12, not enough, 24 too much.
Looking at the other reviews, this is a hit or miss place that doesn't handle large crowds well. I was there with a medium sized crowd and found the seating to be a little confusing. When you walk in there isn't a sign to seat yourself and since you are deposited right at the bar, I am not sure how they would know you need a seat. I watched a number of confused people come in wondering what to do.
I will be back the next time I am in the area.
I was here around Halloween and it was pretty crowded but not so much that I couldn't get a drink. Great atmosphere mixed with different crowds of people. The drink specials were great as well. However, I'm only giving it 3 stars because I had my jacket stolen there whilst I was enjoying the revelry. It may or may not have been done intentionally but I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you to keep an eye on your belongings while you're there. Â I know I will when I return.

One night in particular, my table had to continually try to flag our waitress down to get her to bring our check. Â Finally, when we got her attention she said she would bring it. Â And she did, after a fifteen minute conversation with her friend at the waitress station.
Why two stars if the experience has been so bad? Â I enjoy their food. Â It's just typical bar fare, but it is done well.
Rack's has pretty good specials during sporting events. On Sundays, they have $1.50 Bud Lights and free pool. Normally, I don't drink Bud light, but when it's $1.50, it's hard to pass up. My wife likes to order pierogis, which are lightly fried with onions and come with dill and sour cream. As far as I know, they are the only place around that serves them. I think they're only Mrs. T's, but they are still good.
They have a tendency to have different drink sponsors send girls around that either give away swag to people drinking their drink or try to sell you test tube shots. I think that's tacky.
It's packed and loud on Fridays and Saturdays.
On the plus side....
Our bartender was nice.
$2 PBR Pints on a Saturday night. Not bad
I'm not a big sports fan but there are TVs everywhere as well as an outdoor deck to hang out on
On the other hand...
When we asked for a menu, we were told we could only order fried food. This was circa midnight.
The band was just plain awful and the fact that they were the Saturday night band made it even worse.
If I could do 2.5 stars I would. I will be generous and bump up to 3.
AWFUL BAR  Terrible service, Terrible food, Terrible atmosphere. Looks like an audittorium.  During games teh patrons CURSE loudly , barteneders allow this. There is no management, the owner is expecting so he and her husband are not their often any longer and the bartenders left in charge do not know how to manage.  last nite i was there and the volume was SO LOUD from teh flyers game you could not hear , i asked to have it turned down which she did, the i was cursed out by a girl at the bar f that and f this and it should be turned back up and the bartender instead of handling the situation like she should just turned it back up extremely loud  I will never go back to this shitty bar.
Review Source:Racks is a great bar for the guy who needs to get away from a hard day's work "aka- nagging wife", get some brew's with friends and ogle at women, who's endowments are equal to that of the establishments name at which they are employed. I write this from 3rd person. I do not ogle at women's endowments. I can't.. I'm blind. But from what I've heard it's like that. ahem.. good food, typical pub fare. The take out is EXTREMELY expensive. but, they are open very late and there is plenty of parking. Not that I would need to park or.. OK I'm not blind.. So what! I'm a MAN! I can't help but give praise to the god given gifts of the opposite sex! Oh.. the bar.. yes.. the bar is a good bar. Racks.. I get giddy just saying it.. Racks..In Closing- Â Good Bar. Typical Bar Food. Decently priced drinks. Large selection. Take out costs a kidney and lung. Indoor space HUGE. Outdoor patio in summer (awesome). Restrooms are Clean. Ample Parking. Plenty of seating. Nice Racks- I mean bar tenders. Lots of pool tables with no fights. (that's a PLUS). So go to Racks (lqtm)
