I'm so happy that this place opened up a few blocks from where we live. Â We've eaten in I think 3 or 4 times and have had takeout twice, always really happy with the results. Â We've tried a bunch of pizzas, and while always tasty with fresh ingredients and a great, thin crust, if there's a special pizza that day that sounds good to you - go for it. Â We've had the special pizzas on three separate occasions, including a brunch-themed pizza with eggs and bacon, and a Mediterranean-type pizza with feta, olives, eggplant, and all sorts of good things, and they're always fantastic.
Their stuffed banana pepper appetizer is a consistent winner - just the right amount of heat for people who like spice but not too much to be overwhelming or inedible.
Also, side note, their lemonade is really delicious. Â Fun cocktail menu too.
I love that on two of the three occasions I've sat and eaten here, the manager/owner has come by himself to make sure that everything is okay. Â Great way to keep the clients impressed and happy. Â Keep up the good work!
Jalapeno poppers - more like a fritter with jalapeno in it. Steak & cheese and a Hawaiian pizza. Just enough crust to hold and eat. The steak and cheese had too much cheese - in a good way! Â The place was packed on a Tuesday night at 8pm, so I guess I'm not the only one who likes it. Â I saw plenty of other dishes go by, so I've got to return.
Review Source:This is a tough review. Rita V. hit the nail on the head when she wrote that she so badly wanted to like this place... But it just wasn't happening.
I went in around noon on a weekday with my 14 month old who is a pretty happy restaurant goer.
We waited a few moments for  seat and had a lovely waitress. We looked at our menus and I decided on what we would have. Truffle fries to start and a half bacon half buffalo pizza. We placed our order and played at the table. It took quite awhile just to get my drink order - a simple soda I saw filled from 10 feet away took 10 minutes. I never got a refill.
In the mean time 3 tables were filled around me. The last group was seated 15 minutes after me. So we waited. And waited. And watched other tables get their fancy drinks (which looked divine) and people get their starter salads - who arrived after us.
Then the craziest thing happened... The table that had arrived 15 minutes after us was served their pizza. The pizza didn't look any simpler then what I had ordered. No biggie. 35 minutes after I sat down, with now a cranky 14 month old, my truffle fries came. Not what I wanted to feed my son but he was done waiting  this point. Unfortunately, they were oversalted. I am a huge salt fan but I found myself wiping off fries before eating them. I have definitely been spoiled by a plethora of truffle fries while dining in Boston and sadly, these were the worst. They came with a feta cheese looking dip that tasted like plain sour cream. I watched the table next to me grab their last 2 slices and finish off their pizza by the time our arrived. Still no drink refill and my soda had been empty for 20 minutes.
The pizza came 45 minutes after we were seated and I kindly asked our server if she could box it up as my son wasn't going to last long. I grabbed two slices, apologized, and thanked her for understanding. She was great but didn't mention the long wait. she had been over at our table a few times to say our food would be out shortly so I suspected she knew we had waited awhile but I can't be sure. The pizza was pretty good!
We paid and left. My son a cranky mess (not their fault) and me starving for more food.
In the entire time there, our ever was always gracious and with a smile. It was a little apparent she was doing a lot of running around and the place was only half full. She was really nice and I didn't leave angry or upset. Mostly just disappointed. Customer service can only take you so far. The wait and disorganized manner of which I, and the people around me, were served needs improvement. As I said, I have such high hopes for this place and I will definitely be going again and following up with a (hopefully) better review. First impressions are really important and I know this startup is young but there are only so many times people will sit through bad service before they give up. I hope they get organized and be as great as I know they can be!
On a side note, Big Love ordered to go from them when they first opened and he said they had the best wings he's had since leaving Connecticut for Boston 11 years ago (where he had worked in and managed pizza restaurants from 16-20 yrs old). Â This guy loves his wings.
They have some good stuff going for them. I'm crossing my fingers :)
This place is pretty damned good. Â Top notch beer selection. Â Well done pizza and apps. Â The wings are not as exciting as they seem and the portion is small b ut that was the only disappointment so far. Â Have tried pizza and calamari and brussel sprout salad and so many beers. Â
Definitely worth a visit.
Stopped in on the drive home based on yelp reviews. We sat right down. Ordered the brussel spouts and bacon, which were great! Farmer's Market pizza was very tasty. Also had to have a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, since having that in New England is extremely rare. Lots of things looked great and I would go back if in the area. Great mission and a neat little place.
Review Source:I had the most fantastic flatbread pizza the other day & a wonderful greek Salad of baby greens which were so crisp and fresh. Â The buffalo chicken pizza w/ blue cheese was not overwhelming and splitting a pizza and salad was just enough for two people. Â I was also impressed by the vast amount of beers and micro brews available as well as other mixed drinks.
I have one complaint. Â It's true although I was impressed with this restaurant (the interior decor is modern and inviting), it seems so hidden. Â One could almost miss this location. Â A friend actually suggested this restaurant and I've been a fan since. Â So my complaint is to increase the signage (although perhaps Hudson has town laws and such that would not allow for this) so more people will frequent your restaurant and it will be around for a long time. Â I'm completely selfish in this request because this area needs a causal upscale restaurant such as the Rail Trail Flatbread Co. Â I will certainly recommend it to my friends and co-workers. Â Such a great place to hang out.
Im sorry, but when a good thing learns from itself and gets better - you just HAVE to come back. Â Their fried calamari is PERFECT. Â Their rendition of chiles rellenos ROCKS and their flatbreads have come a long way. Â
When 2 young entrepreneurs give it all they've got and love what they have created, you can only breed success. Its vibrant and "you're at home" atmosphere whether at the bar or with the kids enjoying lunch, simply is casual fine dining with a youthful twist, a mouthful of flavor, and memory that lingers after you leave. Â You walk in wondering and walk out SOLD and family...! Â The staff rocks, the bar gets hopping, the vibe is just heart candy... This is more than a little engine that could. Â These are two young guys who wanted to do it THEIR WAY, are DOING IT THEIR WAY having fun, working hard and simply making EVERYONE feel we own it!
And as for the food... Well, you are just going to have to try it... Greco-American fusion all "pub grown up gone euro and Nuvo American Fresh and local" - Hippy meets "Preppy" and had a baby and its call Rail Trail Flatbread Co... BUEN PROVECHO!
We decided to try take out from them on a wednesday night. Â I ordered Chicken Parm - took one bite and almost threw up. Â They cooked this in the SAME oil as they cook their fish. Â I can not stand the taste of fish so this was horrible to me and a complete waste of money. Â Fotunately, I am not allergic or I would have been very mad! Â My husband got a burger and said it was ok. Â We got the feta fries - good but over salty. Â We also were told 15 minutes - so I left my house after 15 minutes, got there 5 minutes later and then continued to wait another 15 minutes before recieving our food. Â Unlikely to return or recommend.
Review Source:This place was excellent! A few friends and I went down for the first time and we loved it. Casual but cozy could be used to describe the atmosphere...and the waitstaff was friendly and knowledgable. The food was delicious! The homemade hummus plate was great and the flatbreads were perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!
Review Source:Gave them a second chance (and even a third)
The pizza is getting better. Â Second trip we agreed we were done with Rail Trail even though there was improvement. Â Third trip (friends decided to go there and I decided not to dissuade them) was better still.
I think they have an ownership and staff that cares and is moving in the right direction
We've eaten here 3 times now and this place is great for beers and upscale "pub grub".
There flat bread pizzas are great. I highly suggest the pepperoni, not a big fan of the veggie special pizza, it was too lemony. Every app we tried was terrific, the Brussels sprouts and bacon are a must try. Â The fried calamari is the best around, real light Rhode Island style bread crumbs.
Great beer and wine selection! Don't miss the Bourbon Barrel Kentucky ale on tap! Its is hard to find anywhere else, and it is incredible!
We've eaten here about five times since they've opened and it's always great! I've had pizza (Farmer's Market and a couple of their daily specials), as well as the Greek salad and all have been delicious. The Farmer's Market pizza is loaded with vegetables and is always a little different. The Greek salad is awesome- it comes with an olive tapenade rather than olives and it works really well. They have a great variety of beers on tap and are knowledgeable about what they offer.
We've only ever sat at the bar and the service is great. Quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
Beware...they charge for soft-drink refills. $3 each lemonade. Â Didn't tell us.
Food was fine. Â We enjoyed our meal. Â Wouldn't race back for it though but if we are in the area, maybe. This has great potential and downtown Hudson is terrific. Â I'd like them to get good business & stay in the area, but my experience was just OK. I probably should go back to try them again.
Service was not good and way too familiar. Â Every time the waitress apologized for the delay, she touched me. Â She just kept touching my shoulder and my arm, every time she walked by to tell me the food was on its way. Â They forgot to put in our app order so it came out with the food. Â Not a big deal, but for goodness sake, comp us one lemonade and stop touching me!
once you enter this place you may as well be in an establishment in Manhattan or Boston. It is nicely done put together, the bar has a lot of character and the wait staff is really friendly. Interesting cocktails and good wine and spirit list. Food was great and felt kind of sorta healthy as well for a flat/bread, thin crust pizza. will definitely visit again.
Review Source:LUV this place! Â Great staff! Â Fun environment. Â Great food! Â Awesome beer selection and some very cool specialty cocktails. Â I got the Rude Boy which was fantastic, and comes in a cool pewter mug. Â It was Rum, home made Ginger Beer, and a hot pepper of some sort. Â Tasted great! Â The staff was super friendly (unlike the other pizza oven place in Bolton which I won't name) and the place has a cool vibe to it. Â You can tell the owners put a lot of effort and thought into the place. Â I'm a regular customer now!
Review Source:Great to visit The Rail Trail this evening for the first time with my wife and daughter. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and waited about 5 minutes for a table. Grant it was Thursday evening but the restaurant had a good number of patrons. Once seated we were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful server. She was so friendly and really helpful in helping select a good beer. The beer selection she recommended hit the spot. We ordered 2 pizzas and my daughter had a chicken caesar salad. The pizzas were the large buffalo chicken and a small sausage/pepperoni. It only took about 15 minutes before our pizzas arrived as well as the salad. The pizzas were amazing. Wonderful wood fired pizza with great toppings. The crust was perfect with a nice crunch and flavorful toppings. My daughters salad looked like they just picked the romaine lettuce, crisp and so fresh. Chicken was grilled and nice and moist.
Our server came back at the appropriate time to see how we liked the food. She was terrific. We also met the owner Mike and the manager Jason who were very friendly and both had great stories tell about the restaurant here in the little town of Hudson.
We made a few suggestions, namely adding some frosted glass dividers between the upper bar and where we were seating. This way, the folks up top aren't peering over our booth at the lower level. Hard to explain without being there, but Mike, the co-owner understood our suggestion and definitely seemed like he was interested in getting that fixed. I also had a chance to thank the person that cooked my pizzza. I'm generally one of those folks that generally like to thank folks when they do a great job.
We finished the meal with a peanut butter brownie contraption that was amazing. We watched one of the chefs assemble it, with precision. It was definitely tasty. I think I'm going to have to run a few extra miles tomorrow.
Overall great atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff and really good food. Frankly for a moment their I thought I was in a restaurant in Park City Utah. It had that outdoorsy feel to it. Nicely designed.
Definitely worth giving it a try. I'm sure it is busy on the weekends, thats why we decided to go on a Thursday night. Seems like a popular spot.
Finally, a restaurant that concentrates on great drinks and microbrews, along with upscale food, that isn't run and staffed by condescending douches.
The flatbread is great, the drinks are good, the brewlist is plentiful, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The waitress we had was on point, and the pizza and truffle fries we ordered came out fresh and delicious.
Overall the only complaint that I would have is that its in Hudson and not Worcester!
Love this place! Couldn't believe a 35 mins wait when my friend and I got there before 6:30! It was worth the wait (not so bad as we parked ourselves by the bar!)
Martini was good, staffs really made sure customers were taken care of, great food: pizza, wings, stuffed banana peppers, all super yummy!
Really wish I could rate the food but wasn't able to get any. Walking in at 7:00 pm on a sat night you expect a wait but 45 mins for 2 was a bit too long. So I asked the hostess for a menu and we would order something to go. She said oh I don't have any menus so you'll have to wait till I get some back. Really? If I owned a business I wouldn't want to turn away a single customer. But I guess they are so busy they don't need me as a customer. Oh well. I was looking forward to trying the gluten free pizza but I guess ill never know.
Review Source:Rail Trail is quite a gem to have in Hudson, between the creative and high quality food selection, killer flat bread pizza, mixed drinks on par with the quality you'd expect from a bar in downtown manhattan, and the BEST rotating beer selection for miles Rail Trail is a 5-Star joint.
People vote with their feet when it comes to restaurants and bars, so you know Rail Trail is a great choice for lunch, dinner, or drinks because it is almost ALWAYS busy.
The music is eclectic and relaxing, and with the massive stone pizza oven the bar and a majority of the seating area is nice and toasty. The decor is rugged and simplistic. All these characteristics provide a hip back drop to very well crafted and executed cocktails, delicious and sharable pizza, and top notch service from real pros.
The constant draw for me is the rotating selection of rare craft brews that you won't find in most bars and there are always plenty of taps dedicated to New England breweries. The restaurant also has a good relationship with Wormtown Brewery out of Worcester, which is one of my favorite brewers in Mass, so they often have rarities from them.
This is a great spot, that's well worth the wait, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a big city dining experience in a small town.
Excellent food, drinks, and service. You can't go wrong with Rail Trail!
This place is great! Â We've been three times in the last two weeks. We've sat at the bar twice and in the dining room once. Â The bartenders are friendly. Â When we were seated in the dining room it did take a while to get out drinks - we could see the bar and it appeared as if the bartender was just overwhelmed. Â There only seemed to be one person behind the bar. Â
We have tried the brussel sprouts and they were delicious - nice creamy sauce and crisp bacon. Â I've have the buffalo chicken pizza all three times - it's awesome and I order a large so I can take home the leftovers. Â My boyfriend has tried the Hawaiian pizza which he reports is good although not what you would think is traditionally "Hawaiian." Â He also tried the salmon burger (it was a special) and said it was really good. Â
I love the Crispin Cider on draft and my boyfriend has loved trying the various micro brews on draft. Â
We'll definitely be back!
The first time I went to rail trail I had an enjoyable meal. Â Our waitress was lovely. Â Food good -- not exceptional but solidly good. Â The downside was my friend's food arrived first and we weren't told until later that my pizza was burnt and was being remade. Â
I was excited to take my husband on Valentine's Day -- given he is a pizza hound. Â We sat at the bar. Â Service was horrible -- even for drinks. Â Bartenders were borderline rude. Â Our pizzas arrived appearing shrunken. Â Mine, the special of the night -- Greek --was burnt and tasteless. Â My husband's was decent. Â I am attributing thi sall to being understaffed on a very traditionally busy night -- but it will be a while before I venture back.
First place that truly stands firm on  everything they promote. The staff is friendly and informative, the draft beers and drink concoctions are an attraction all to themselves with Rui behind the bar, and the food leaves you wanting to try the entire menu. There is a unique attraction, almost moth-like when the fire is at full blaze in the impressive wood fire oven! This is a must visit
Review Source:I want to be able to give them 5 stars but I can't....yet.
We have been a few times with the kids. Great atmosphere, family friendly environment, but don't let that discourage you if you don't have kids there is a nice bar scene and it seems to attract families whose kids are used to dining out if that makes sense.
Flatbreads are good, not great. The 3 times we have gone they have been overly salty which is the only negative.
Apps were good as was the Cesar salad.
Eclectic beer selection, which we loved, they could use maybe a few more staple beers similar to Harpoon IPA, Sam Adams etc for those not looking to experiment. Â
It is great to see a place like this in the area, definitely fills a void.
We came to rail trail because my friend recommended this place to us on our way home (ny) from Boston. We had such a great experience here. The food was really good and the prices were great. The waitress was really attentive as well. We sat next to the brick oven and the whole process was so interesting to watch, to see them freshly make each pie to order. The bacon Brussel sprouts were to die for. We split one order amongst 4 people and had to place another order! The flatbread was unbelievable! You can taste how fresh it was.
Review Source:My fiancé and I are really excited about this place because of the limited choices in the area and Rail Trail has definitely hit the ground running.
We've been a dozen times since they opened. We always make the decision to have dinner there because of the solid beer selection. You can't get a selection like this anywhere else in the area and we are beer aficionados.
As far as the food, they are still trying to find their footing. A menu with a few options can be great, but the food lacks consistency. One visit, I had a delicious plain cheese flatbread, the second it was just mediocre. And many dishes are very salty. Broccoli rabe (rapini) is a great veggie, but overpowers the lasagna primavera and the farmers market flatbread.
Stuffed banana pepper is a great appetizer, and the burger is one of the best we've had.
Obviously they're trying to get it right. Be prepared for a long wait if you're bringing a big group. We'll keep returning. The beer, great bar, and atmosphere at night are the reasons why.
Definitely check this place out, though right now they don't take reservations for parties less than 8 people (website). Went there last Saturday night with friends because Barbara and I wanted to try the new place in town. We will definitely be going back. We got there (4 of us so no reservation) at 7 and had a 45 minute wait, which seems reasonable to me for a new place with good food.
Bar was pretty crowded but 4 seats opened up in 5-10 minutes. Little disappointed the beer menu wasn't up to date, but they had good beers on tap (easier to just ask the bartender and look at the taps). We got through one round of drinks and then we were seated in the back area.
We ordered the jalepeno poppers (not the traditional style, this was a cheese ball with jalapenos), the stuffed banana pepper, and the fries with truffle salt (all very good). Then we split 2 large flatbread pizzas, Buffalo Chicken and the Spinach and Tomato. There was only 1 piece of pizza left at the end of dinner (squares cut from a circle, not wedges), I probably could have eaten it, but we were thinking about possibly having dessert. We decided against dessert, but that was because it was almost 10PM and everyone had stuff to do Saturday morning.
I am so glad this location finally has some businesses in it, and Rail Trail Flatbread Co. is one that Barbara and I will be going to often.
The good stuff: the flat bread pizza, as long as you're into that. If you're looking for the doughy Italian thick crust, look elsewhere. Also quite good was the stuffed banana pepper appetizer. I also like that they serve local tap water in a bottle at the table rather than pushing a $12 alternative. The decor is clean and pleasant, including reclaimed wood, and the booth seating was comfortable (at least on the side that had padding).
The not so good stuff: the 40 minute wait for a party of two (at 5:30 on a Saturday night). The explanation given was along the lines of not having enough tables for two and that's why parties of three and four were being seated ahead of us (huh?). The owner did come over, more than once, to check on us, apologize, and thank us for our patronage. The place is LOUD and the music only adds to the cacophony. The waiting area is small and got way too crowded and confused while we waited.
They've got a few, small wrinkles to iron out but it seems like, for a new joint, they've got the food and most of the other basics down.
The burgers looked great as did the salads and pretty much everything else that came out of the kitchen. We'll be back.
This brand new restaurant is off to a great start. While I've had better pizza elsewhere on this planet, Rail Trail is almost certainly the best pizza in the Boston suburbs. Their crust is fantastic, and the four specialty pizzas currently on their menu range from good to great. The buffalo chicken pizza is especially well done, with plenty of real blue cheese (not ranch dressing with occasional chunks).
I found the appetizers to be merely average, so I hope they'll figure out some signature dishes to start the meal over time. Deserts also were just ok.
The owner of this restaurant obviously knows and loves beer - only Armsby Abbey in Worcester has a better tap list than Rail Trail. Pints of Maine Peeper Ale for $6 were enough to draw me back here only a week after my first visit. Founders Breakfast Stout is another exceptional beer that you won't see at many restaurants.
I heard good things about the new pizza place on Main St., so I had to check it out. Yup! It's good! Finally, something unique, and not another "pub food" restaurant in Hudson. Place was cozy, food was great and the beer was cold! They are working out the newness kinks, but it was easy to cut them some slack in the hopes they can make the place work for the long term. Based on my observation, the only advice I'd give them is to work out the traffic pattern in the kitchen. There seemed to be a lot of people walking around and getting in each others way, which is not efficient. Prices were certainly reasonable for the quality of the food. We'll certainly be back!
Review Source:UPDATED: (4.5/5.0) Came back for the flatbread (it's very good thin-crust wood-fired pizza, don't get worried -- it's not some over-doughy Focaccia; ask them about it, the staff is clearly being instructed).
Worth it! The menu is a little artsy, you'll have to work with the server to get something like a "normal" pie (the house versions are decidedly non-standard), but so worth it! The pie is round but cut oddly, resulting in both wedge and square pieces. I ordered one with crushed tomato SAUCE, Kalamata olive VEGGIE and pepperoni MEAT. The pepperoni was penny-sized, rather than the usual silver-dollar sized, and I preferred it for being more evenly distributed (even close to crust). The real Kalamata olives were NOT skimped, as is so often the case when you get the real olive. I happily doused my crust pieces with toppings from my center pieces. Make no sense? Order one.
Why the 0.5 reduction? The staff are clearly still getting their feet under them, with oddly named microbrews and a staff-in-training. Â I was served someone else's beer, and the couple next to me had my experience the other night of waiting an extra 30-45 minutes for their food. Nonetheless, I think these guys are going to get it right, and I'll give them a third visit soon if I can, to push this review all the way up to a five.
==================================================Â=====
(4.0/5.0, capable of 5/5). Burgers, wood-fired pizza, sandwiches, salads. I had an excellent burger and soda for $10, and will go again.
For what it is trying to be, The Rail Trail Flatbread Co. is very good, and once it works out the birthing pangs, should be excellent (a 5.0). Michael, the owner, is attentive and friendly, and is clearly hands-on.
They are newly opened, and still getting their feet under them, but Kelly (and Kate, whom she was training...I hope I remember both names correctly) was friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a recommendation between two items, and got one, both strong and informed (I hate it when servers waffle over that kind of thing). Cooperation among staff looks good, clearly helping outside of their own stations, and if the dirty plate clearing is a little aggressive, I'd rather that than have a stack build up on the edge of a small table.
The place is very clean and open-looking, with the kitchen on the lower stage and entirely visible (nice to see how things get run, and how clean they keep things), and the "rail trail" décor is tastefully understated. Quarters are a little close in the smaller tables, but not too bad.
The menu is simple, front-and-back with only a couple of dozen items. I had the burger, which I was told was fresh-ground daily on the premises (and it tasted like it). Good brioche bun, capable of handling the runoff from a juicy burger, and for mid-December, excellent attention to fresh toppings (very fresh heart of lettuce, red onion and thick-sliced plum tomatoes....oh, for a truly ripe tomato this time of year, but at least these come close). Fries seem hand-cut and dashed with sea salt, very good.
Draft beer selection looks excellent (I was only having soda), and the wine list seems very good as well.
Only a few things happened to knock that fifth point off this review. First, my burger took quite a long time, and when it did come, was about half a grade overcooked (I asked for medium (pink), it came medium-medium well (only a slight hint of pink). However, the quality of the burger meant that the slight overcook was not a big deal, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
More importantly, though, both my server and the owner stepped up to take responsibility when the food began to take too long. Kelly checked back with me several times, and Michael brought the food out himself with apologies for the wait. Better yet, after giving me a chance to get most of the way through it, he came and asked sincerely for feedback on the experience, even with other customers within easy hearing range. Class act.
The other very slight downtick was that the music (very nice background non-discordant jazz at a good volume) is satellite, with commercials. Having a laser eye surgery or insurance commercial suddenly come across the PA is amusing the very first time, but gets very old very quickly. Michael assured me that was only temporary and that the new BOSE sound system is on its way.
These guys seem to have their heads on straight. They are not yet open for lunch because the owner wants to be positive that they can handle a lunch crush as well as they do dinner (believe it or not, lunch is harder than most dinner services).
I'll be back to try the pizza, and I expect to update this review with a solid 5.
Talk about an unexpected hidden gem. This brand new restaurant is exactly what the area needed.
Great decor, fabulous bar, giant brick oven in the middle of the dining room and the best pizza around. If you live in the area, you have to stop by and check this place out.
Buff Chix flat bread is unique, amazing and my favorite. Great micro brews on tap. Full bar. What are you waiting for!?
Hudson now has pizza. Actually, Hudson now has very good pizza. There were some places in town making something out of what I think was some sort of dough substitute, and they put "ingredients" on it but technically you could not call it pizza. But Rail Trail makes pizza. Flat bread pizza but very good pizza none the less. The dough was chewy and perfect from the wood fired oven, the home made sausage was savory and the tomato sauce was sweet.
Hudson now has a place that serves craft beer. Real Craft Beer. For just opening they are off to a strong start. Instead of Blue Moon, Allagash White. Instead of Harpoon IPA, Lagunitas and Wormtown. Instead of mass produced American Light Lagers on draft, Victory Prima Pils and Pretty Things Jack D'or. And if there is a craft beer you recommend they are listening. Â It is good now, but looking forward to see what other gems you can get.
Hudson now has a place that I can call home to almost every Friday night.
