RJ's Wild Wild Wings

It was last Thursday night and Mike and I were scheduled to talk to our priest for our upcoming wedding. When he didn't show (forgot our appointment), we figured that we might as well stop in to pretty much the ONLY restaurant around that wasn't sketch and watch the hockey game. This bar was pretty quiet, but you could tell that the people there were regulars. All of the staff members of RJ's were very friendly. The food at RJ's was nothing special, but I have a feeling people don't go there for the food- they go there for the service and because I'm sure this place feels like a family to them. I had a salad and garlic parmesan wings.

Not a bad place to eat. Pretty good food. All fried. Its a knockoff hooters, girls are all dressed in stockings and tight clothes.

Great Wings and one of our favorite new joints.  I love this place.  They play 80's music all the time which is a great plus.  They have like over a dozen wing flavors and we've tried about 5 of them so far and all are winners.  One complaint is the potato skins are great but need some green onions like most other places.  Many bar and grills stopped garnishing with green onions after the Taco Bell scare a few years ago which turned out to actually be from bad lettuce.  Please, add green onions!!  Now for my major complaints.  On the second trip there, my wife ordered the nachos which was about $8.99.  I wouldn't have minded that price if it hadn't just been big leafs of lettuce, cold shredded cheese and chilli scooped haphazzardly on cold nacho chips.  Propper monster nachos should have the shredded cheese melted on them.  Also most waitresses we've had are great, the last one messed up about 3 things we requested about our order then acted like we were A-holes for either sending it back, asking for more condiments or another drink.  The place was dead and she would have gotten a good tip had she not been such a B.  I am a former bartender and believe in tipping well, usually 25-30% for a great server. She got about 5% tip.  Now don't same I am jerk, she did nothing to earn it.
