If you like college bars, this is the bar for you. Â If you don't like college bars, don't bother going.
So we'll start off with either $1 or $2 beers. Â It's pretty awesome. Â I don't live in Brighton anymore so I'm not sure if it went up in price or not. Â But there are a ton of TV's and it's a great place to catch a game, especially when you're on a budget.
The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the last time I ate there I got food poisoning from eating the wings. Â It made for a rough 3 day stretch and I haven't eaten there since. Â But the beer selection, the prices and the atmosphere are all solid.
We basically lived next door to this place, yet ordered delivery from them on Foodler all the time... They're awesome. They'd usually even be there within 20 minutes. We had the same guy for delivery all the time and had the usual friendly conversation over the 4 years we ordered from them. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area, and will miss them now that we've moved abroad.
Review Source:Went for the Bruins game tonight with a couple of friends. Had decent service once we were finally assigned a server, which took about 10 minutes. No biggie. Spinach and artichoke dip was tasty, burger was pretty meh. Dry, overcooked for "medium". Fries were a bit limp but still warm and okay to eat. LOTS of BC kids. In fact, besides the staff, I'm pretty sure my friends and I were the oldest people there. Beer selection is okay too. About 40 supposedly on tap but out of six we chose they were out of two (including Sam Red Brick which I really wanted to try). If I'm in the area I might stop in again but I think there is more in Cleveland Circle for your buck.
