Again, not sure why YELP only allows a minimum of 1 star for a rating.  Places such as this deserve such a lower score.  I know businesses put hours of operation up for a reason, but if you are not going to follow them, take them down.  All you are doing is pissing people like me off that would like to have a glass of wine and enjoy some atmosphere.

Speaking of atmosphere, if I wanted to be part of the night club scene I would walk 2 doors down to the fantastically tacky so called clubs that litter the Kennewick downtown.  You have such an opportunity to not only bring in a different clientele but be unique in your own way.  Way to go for the gold.

To summarize this so called 1 star rating.... this place sucks and we will stop attempting to grace our presence in your establishment and do what we can to persuade people to stay away from your locked door during business hours.

I give this bar 5 stars because they have broken the mold in what you would think of as a wine bar.
The first thing that makes this bar unique is that they play only live original music. That is refreshing in a community filled with bars that are filled with cover bands. I  lived in Austin for a time and this reminds me of the bars on 6th street.
Secondly, this club is exactly what you would think of when you you think wine bar. They have leather couches, tables spread out so you can relax and talk to your friends in comfort.
They have microbrews on tap and great pours on wine. I had a glass of their house red for 5 dollars and it was a huge pour, it looked like half a bottle.
I am sorry that Brian G. and Corey G. feel the need to complain about the music. Usually out front there is a reader board that shows if a band is playing that night.
I could go on and on about the Roxy but I will leave it to the next guy.

This venue is having some sort of identity crisis and it is apparent as soon as you walk in the door.

It smells like an attic with a hint of old incense and is filled with both relaxing spaces and then bright neon beer signs to give you a headache and take you right back out of the environment.

The music that was playing the night I visited felt like a urban hip martini club --- and then some sort of really loud band got up on stage and again..  took me out of a relaxing experience.  

The whole experience was confusing and one of the people in my party left with a headache.  I'll stick to other wine venues in town.
