the food was "Meh" but the service was excellent. Â I was impressed by the selection of side items for kids meals, many healthy and unique offerings, grapes, grilled zucchini sticks, mashed potatoes, apples....nice change from the usual side of fries offered to kids. My daughters grilled cheese was served very nicely and with the side dishes set up on the plate to look very pleasing. Â "A" for effort. Â My lunch was ok, not the best food I've ever had but I was blown away by the service. Â It was a slow time of day but we had a very friendly greeting, an excellent waitress and other wait staff that stopped by to say hello to my daughter. Â I was really impressed!
Review Source:So it got worse after I wrote my original review. Â 3-4 days later my credit card was used to purchase several airline tickets to China. Â This may just be a coincidence, but the timing is very concerning. Â I got American Express involved, they cancelled the charges, but this still leaves me wondering if the credit card charges were in retaliation?
Review Source:Food was okay. Waitress came to announce herself right after smoking what seemed to be a whole pack of marlboros. Yuck. Appetite was greatly diminished by that one... Food took a while, vegetables are not steamed, they are limpy - clearly frozen. All in all I can get much more for the same buck somewhere else. And less stink.
Review Source:Had a terrific meal at Ruby Tuesday's at the Mall of New Hampshire. Â This was not your grandfather's Ruby Tuesday's. Â We had Chicken Fresco and Steak with Lobster Mac n Cheese. Â The chicken and steak were really tender, the lobster mac n cheese was really tasty, and he sides were lightly and well seasoned. Â The servers hustled. Â It was a great meal!
Review Source:With certain burgers they give you all the fries you can eat. This is one of the best values I've ever encountered in and around Manchester.
Everything looks new, either they've just done renovations or the one at the Salem mall is really old in comparison. My wife and I went in for Burgers on Sunday after running errands in the mall, glad we stopped in and plan on going back.
Service was excellent, food was even better. The burgers were large, had good flavors and were very juicy, my wife recommends the Blue Cheese Burger. Free refills on soda AND fries will keep us coming back, I don't see a reason to go to the 99 or Chilis now that I've been to Rubys.
Yes, i am reviewing a chain! Cuff me and take me to Yelp jail - or take me home..depending upon who you are ; )
I wont go in to great deatil here because basically you all know what you get from one Ruby Tuesday to the next. However, any place that offers a three course meal at reduced prices in these tough economic times...not to mention the bottom-less fries and sodas!....deserves a review.
I recommend the spinish and artichoke cheese dip with chips. Friggin heaven (angels singing in the background). Each time i've been here i've gotten the steak and its standard faire but always cooked the way i order. Can't say that about some "classier" places. I think the vegtable portion could be a bit more robust however - so i can dip some in the spinach and artichoke cheese dip (angels again). The waitress was super-freindly and encouraged me to drink from the bar. I always love it when women encourage me to drink. : )
I also like the low-key, more subdued decoration. Of course, i do miss the office-spaced spoofed suspenders and buttons on the waitresses that have been traded in for a borderline-gothic-black look.. That was so cute.
Great place to eat comfortably after you've been dragging ass through the mall all day.
I went here w/ my hubby because he was curious & wanted to try this place out. We both ordered burgers & fires, which was pretty good, though a bit messy as expected! We also got the salad bar...HORRIBLE! We came aroudn lunch time & the salad was wilted and they seem to do a half a** job chopping the add-ons and replacing the salad bar when it NEEDS to be replaced! Most of the items were either wilting, browning or had developed that 'matte' look to them ,meaning they have been there a while. If only we had looked at it beforehand we NEVER would have ordered it! The service was less than stellar. There were maybe 7 tables of people (our server having 3 of them) and after waiting over 10 min. for her to come over so I could ask for ketchup (as she just dropped our food off & left immediately) my husband finally got up to go find someone to ask  for it, meanwhile my burger wasn't touched for over 10 min. because it had no sauce on it and my hubby couldn't finish his meal because he was doing what the server should have been doing!  Our server was talking to the 2 policemen at the table next to ours forever! We both had to wait over 10 min. for refills, our server was the WORST! Overall the food wasn't bad (but don't TOUCH the salad bar, or at least check it 1st!) and our server was THE WORST!  I don't think I will try this place again, it left such a horrible impression. I would rather spend my $35 elsewhere!
Review Source:When I'm at the Mall of NH, this is a convenient place to have dinner. Ruby Tuesday (in the mall) offers a full bar, appetizers, soups, large burgers, steak, seafood, chicken, ribs, desserts, and the Fresh Garden Bar (Salad Bar).
On my last visit (a quiet Wednesday Night), I ordered a Turkey Burger with fries & pickle, and added the Garden Bar. The Garden Bar offers fresh greens (iceburg, field greens), salad garnishes (tomatoes, cheeses, cucumber, carrots, olives, cottage cheese, lima beans, chick peas, peas, bacon, ham, croutons, sunflower seeds, & more) , dressings, cold salads (potato, macaroni & ham, broccoli & bacon, bean salad, tomato/mozzarella), and fruit (pineapple, cherries). There used to be more offerings such as pudding for dessert a few years ago.
My Turkey Burger (topped with lettuce tomato, red onion, & dressing on a toasted bun) was juicy & good, but the fries were oversalted. The service here was decent (the waiter walked by the table to check on my meal & drinks-the Mojito was good!).
