I have nothing but compliments for the quality of the food, and the beauty of presentation. That was excellent.

The problem was on the speed of delivery of it. After the soups were delivered to the table, the rate of service was slower than molasses. It took forever for the salads to arrive.
My father in law and I both ordered the all you can eat sushi, and it was about a half an hour between each roll to come out, though the food was great, the service was unacceptable.

There was 4 of us, and nobody got their food at the same time, one person would receive theirs, and would finish that course, before the next person got theirs.

I read the reviews before going here and had great expectations - Do not go for groups. Waitress was rude and didn't understand basic requests. Slow service. Had group of 14 and birthday girl was missing entrees until the end. Gave me hassle over sending back a roll that wasn't tasty. Seattle Roll....ick. Had three different people taste it and everyone had stink face from it.  Drink service was good. Ambiance nice. Very slow and rude service overall. Will not be back. All you can eat...broken English waitress wanted to try and charge me extra for unbeaten roll that tasted awful. I only had 2 other rolls so it wasn't like I had 20 rolls and was wasting food - it was AWFUL and I am not going to eat something that doesn't taste right. I no play dat game. Don't try and rip me off in any language. I ended up with one good roll for a whole lot of money spent.

Gyoza was very good, menu is large and sushi was paper thin over rice.  Taste was good but fish was too thin.

Only went because Kero was closed.  Prob stick to Kero....
