Shooter McGee's

My husband and I went here to watch Stanley Cup finals after hearing good things about it from our neighbor. (My neighbor did say the menu changes, so I would be willing to go back and try something else some time.) First, the bad- I had the roasted veggie sandwich and... blech. I don't like to be mean, but it just tasted like everything had been soaked in vinegar- really, really tart. Nasty.
Now the good- The mac and cheese was REALLY good, so if we go back, I would get that again.
My husband had the pork stuffed mac and cheese, and he said it was also very good, but not much larger than my side-dish of mac and cheese, and his was supposed to be an entree. So he was just not impressed with the portion size.
Onion rings were pretty decent.
They had a good beer selection.
They had a bunch of different burgers, so I was really wishing they offered a veggie burger! Maybe they'll add one :)

only been here for tuesday wings night after my scuba club/shop dive nights..... well priced, but loud bar scene.  would go here to pregame and get drinks, but not for food.  i also feel like theres alot of local there.

The 3 words that make this girl's heart beat faster: 50 cent wings.

On Tuesday nights here, you can make your 50 cent wing dreams come true. Unlike most places, the special is good for the entire house and you don't have to squeeze into the bar area to get it.

The wings were moist and very lightly seasoned. I order mine naked so they stay crispy. They have flavors galore if you want them tossed or on the side...old bay, sriracha, garlic lime butter, general tso's, hot, bbq, and soo many more that I can't remember.

I can't really give them higher than a 3 because it's really hard to mess up wings plus the place isn't exactly the most comfortable place to chill. It's dimly lit and the furniture looks old but the servers are really nice!
