Shun Xing Restaurant

It's actually not bad.  George J, I'm not convinced that Richmond doesn't have better Chinese food than this, but if you're here in Mathews, you're not going all the way to Richmond for Chinese, so moot point.

Good food, very friendly service!  It's a small town, strip mall Chinese food place.  You've been to one, you know what this one is like, down to "we also serve chicken wings".  Why is it that these places always serve wings as well?  That's so strange.  

The place is always clean and friendly enough to sit in and eat (an employee might engage you in casual conversation, which is nice), but I agree with George that it's really more somewhere that you go to for takeout.

A really good Chinese take out place.  And that goes for any area, be it Mathews or Richmond.  Note, you can dine in as well but its more suited to take out.
