Slate Quarry Hotel

We have been going to this location for years, and actually really liked the old establishment prior to its new management.  Well to our surprise, the Slate Quarry is even better - by a lot!  Friendly and fast service, a nice, historic building, and of course what better than surprisingly good food!  Yeah, the typical "bar food," with a few other menu items you wouldn't typically see (Panini, etc.), but a very good place to meet friends, have a few beers (some of the coldest in the Lehigh Valley by the way) and not feel you spent too much.  Try it!

I went to the Slate Quarry Hotel for a work Christmas party.  I had never been there before.  I ordered the buffalo shrimp and sweet potato fries, they were so good!  Everything else that my friends ordered looked very yummy and everyone was very happy with their meals and drinks. I will be going back, a nice laid back atmosphere, nothing fancy, just good food.

Good food and service.   Seems to get a good crowd so I'm not the only ne who finds it good.
