Very Good Supper Club in Sparta

Came here on a Friday night late and had a drink at the bar while we waited for a table.  Ambience is okay, nothing phenomenal, but still very typical of a Northern Wisconsin supper club.  Waitress seemed a bit pushy and perhaps tired as it was later (8pm) by the time we got there.  We ordered the ribs (excellent), the all you can eat cod (very for Wisconsin Fish Frys), and our son ordered the chicken nachos (a major fail as he didn't get tomatoes and it was very dry and bland).  The salad bar was very good but the soup was vegetable beef (on a Friday night????) so we were a bit disappointed.  The salad bar had great fixings and two different cheese spreads.  The bar makes decent drinks and food came out in good time.

All in all a good meal and we'd go here again.  Recommended if you're seeking a supper club feel.
