Spirit Mountain Casino

I guess it's fine... I'm not a casino guy, really.  I don't like the smoke, I don't care much about unlimited free soda, and I don't really care to be surrounded by "gamblers".

I tried out the poker room, which was fine.  The tables were very quiet, and probably the least fun I've ever had hanging out at a poker table.  It was like there was some rule against having any fun...

At least they had live poker.  I'll give them bonus points for that.

newly renovated rooms more "boutique" style instead of southwestern.  Very cool.  great service and great prices.
Definitely planning to go back on our next trip to Oregon.
Great buffet - book early because they always sell out!

ps - who gets mashed potatoes at a buffet?

Casino had good selection of slot machines, Bingo, beverage stations with coffee and pepsi.  I really liked that they had a snack stand so you could grab a bite and get back to playing.  It had pizza, hot dogs, chips, pretzels, etc.  The casino and restrooms were kept really clean.  We went on a Saturday and the buffet was great!  Crab legs, prime rib, sushi station, salads, pizza, fried chicken, typical american food, chinese food, and so much more.  We went at about 5pm and just beat the crowd.
