Made-from-scratch food--terrific! What a bonus. Homemade chips, delicious pizzas, and great sandwiches, not to mention a special deal on beer towers. Would watch a game here in a heartbeat. Great stuff.

I went to Sully C's in Saugus on Saturday evening and thought it was great. Steak tips were very good and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and attentive, as soon as we walked in a girl with shorter blond hair and glasses was right there to seat us . Had a great time, played a few games of pool , a couple of drinks and  I will definitely be back!!!

I've only been to the bar, many times. If you're a man you might love it. The bartenders are all women dressed in black showing lots of cleavage. I don't necessarily mind that, but after your first drink, you'll be lucky to get another anytime fast because all they do is flirt with the guys on the other side of the bar. The food is decent. Good burgers. Basically my only complaint is the bartenders. Tips from men because you show your boobs with tight clothing is smart but don't ignore others. I spend a lot and tip well. BIG MISTAKE.

The food here was pretty good but the service was terrible, probably the worst I have ever had. We were there during the Bruins game and we had a party of 8 but that still doesn't excuse what happened. Half of the party got there and we put in our drink and appetizer orders, those came out no problem. Once everyone got there the waitress started taking food orders but for some reason she left without taking the orders of 2 people in our party. No big deal, we figured she would be back in a few minutes. 15 minutes later she comes around and the 2 people finally order their food. We ask about a beer tower, she says that they might not have any, she would check and let us know. Then she brings over the food for the 2 people that ordered last and says nothing about the beer tower. So we ask about the tower again and someone in the party says "if there are no towers left I'll have a Sam summer?" She comes back with the beer tower and the extra Sam summer, which doesn't seem to make any sense since the beer tower was full with Sam summer. 15 minutes later the rest of the food starts coming out, except for 1 person in our party. He has to wait another 10 minutes for his cheeseburger. To top it off the check comes out and there are extra things on there that shouldn't be and things not on there that should be. This experience just made me scratch my head because I couldn't understand how or why any of this happened. The thing I was most excited about going to Sully C's for was to try their homemade potato chips and dipping sauce that is complimentary, the waitress kept saying that they didn't have any ready and that she would bring them out as soon as they were done......we never saw any of those chips, even after asking about them a few times. Sully C needs to get his crap together.

Below average bar but in a great location on Rt. 1 North.  Weird to walk into the place and see an almost empty large room but have the almost full bar blocked off on the left.  Food was not that great [wings were disappointing] but the potato chips they bring out to each table was a nice touch.  Good beer and liquor selection.  Would come back if they changed a few things, just too many other options.

Good food but terrible service. First the hostess appeared to be  "out of it" and couldn't understand a word we said despite it being quiet in the entry way. She seemed very confused when we asked if the bar section was seat yourself. Then our waitress who appeared to be under the influence of some substance couldn't get any of our orders straight we sent back two meals and an appatizer. She mixed our drink order up twice and she kept trying to offer the pregnant woman in our party a cocktail. Overall bad experience due to unprofessional staff. would not go back.

Never again will I go here. Pricey drinks (draft beer).
    The food was nothing special.
The service was (well I've been twice and each time I've gone the server has told me she's new) poor.
I admire someone for going out and trying to make their dreams a reality, but in order to survive you need a niche or something to differentiate yourself apart from your competition. A bunch of TV's and fried food I can get frozen from Costco.
Bottom line, your on Route 1 this could be better.

Went there for the Pats game, great atmosphere , tons of HD tv's, $3 22oz PBR ! And the food was great. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Place was much bigger then I thought, first off it was CLEAN! also has two bars , pool tables (clean ones) plus a dart room , restrooms were big and clean as well.

Where to start? Music blaring. It was so loud our waitress had trouble hearing me order. Didn't have my boyfriend's beer in stock, although it was on the menu. No biggie, we're flexible. Decided to get a couple apps as we were trying to catch a movie. After ~30 minutes we were brought our golden BBQ fingers with an apology that there was "only one chef on tonight". According to the menu, chicken fingers come with blue cheese, celery, and carrots. But apparently when you order anything other than buffalo fingers, they "never know what to serve with them." So they just give you nothing. After we requested some blue cheese, which came out as ranch, we weren't even concerned that our second app was no where in site. Agreeing that as long as it wasn't on our bill, we'd probably be better off.

After finishing our beers and fingers, which were just fine frozen bar food, she actually brought our potato skins. We graciously said no thanks got our tab and left.

    Few tips...
    1. You have an ENTIRE restaurant not being used, it's completely empty. Do yourself a favor and throw a stage in there. You have a good spot and tons of room, I'm sure local bands would definitely bring the business you're lacking. And hell, if you've got a stage, you may as well install a few poles, think of the potential.
    2. I don't know what you're using to clean with, but DILUTE it. The first thought I had when walking in was airport bathroom or high school cafeteria. While eating, the hostess cleaned the table behind us and I couldn't eat another bite. It was nauseating.
    3. You're lacking competent management, wait staff and someone who has a clue in the kitchen.

Don't think we'll be back, sorry.

Been here twice- thought I'd let them iron out the kinks- they have not. A bartender offered my date a beer, charged us and printed the new receipt, but never came back with the beer on the second visit! The most careless, mindless bartenders on Route 1 for both visits. The kitchen has been rented out. Had a Reuben with cole slaw- the sandwich was very good, but the cole slaw was absolutely horrible. Partner had steak tips- over priced and tasteless with tasty french fries who needs that? Seriously, they need to work out the kinks and get  professional bartenders who actually pay attention to the customers instead of to each other and flinging their hair around behind the bar!
Third time around A+- very attentive male bartender and great fried calamari! 9/10- upgraded from 1 star to 3!

Over priced and frozen fish. Cole slaw is like eating vinegar. Wouldn't go again for free.
