Surfside 5

I am never coming here again because the customer service here was terrible, even during peak season.

I went to Salisbury beach with 4 other people and we wanted to drink and chat.

We waited 20 mins until someone came to ask us what we wanted to drink, which was impossible because we had no menus. So I asked for waters and menus...
When we got our menus and order our food and drinks, she brought one drink over first. Then we waited, brought the other 4 drinks over, one was wrong, so one of my poor friends waited another 5 mins watching all of us drink.....

And the waters, which i asked for twice  never came. Mind you, it was 90 degrees out, thank god I ordered a frozen piña colada.

Food was nothing special, the menu was very small

I also watched the waitresses help other people, new parties before she came over to us. For example there was a family, a party bigger than mine that the waitress brought a pitcher of water and cups for them? And I had to ask twice for 1 cup that I never got??

I wish I was making this up, but I'm not.. Never again

great location on the beach, great entertainment but the food is very pricey and service is poor. Have been here 3x in the past year and they have problems with servers. Waited 40 min to just get a menu last weekend. After 15 more minutes, we passed on the food and went elsewhere. Wish I could say this was just a bad day but 3rd time, poor service.  Go for a drink (get it at the bar) and the view.

I tagged along one fine Saturday with my roommate, she had to come up this way for work and boy-oh-boy am I craving a Surfside 5 day right now.

It's nothing spectacular but at the same time it's that piece of sand glass that stands out on a beach walk too, among all the dirty, broken shells.

You walk in, bar and seating area - not that large but the outside deck, oh man.  It's a sight, overlooking the ocean.. OH MAN IT'S A SIGHT - I SAID!!!

Bar staff, wait staff - awesome, friendly.

The event they had that day was a SUP race, that was fun to watch! And they also had live music on the deck, that was so cool!!!

You're literally on the beach at this place, so catching some rays, drinking some drinks and snacking on food is all a plus.. the only reason I'm giving it 4 and not 5, here is the big kicker in the behind - the food is mediocre AND they don't have french fries!!!!!  I was up in arms about this, almost but I mean, who doesn't have fries?!  Oh, don't substitute for the potato salad.. it is.. different.  

Based on atmosphere, having tons of events happening and location this place is awesome, it's the sub-par food that marks off on here.  The cesar wrap was good and the menu looks tasty but french fries man!
