Talley's Woodfire

Talley's is a nice addition to the few culinary choices available in Barnesville, GA.  I believe that, will proper management and staff training, this restaurant will do well.  The fish is always good.  The steaks have all been delicious.  The steamed vegetables tend to run a little soft for my al dente preference.  You may have to make your presence known if you come during off peak hours.  They currently staff a skeleton crew and frequently all hands are in the kitchen if no customers are present.  Don't be afraid to go to the kitchen and say hello.  The food is good and I hope this restaurant survives.  We need them here.
