Mole sauce and craploads of varieties of tequila? WORTH IT. However I would advise against bringing friends or a date on the weekend unless you like looking at them and not being able to hear them... it's SO LOUD. And crowded. Live music nights just make it impossible to have a conversation, arg. Maybe I'm going deaf.
Review Source:I had to send my food back, who does that at a Mexcian restaurant???? It was cold, which I don't even see how that can happen - typically mexican places the food is piping hot, and then when they brought it back, I just didn't even want it as it wasn't very good. Â The cheese dip was just okay and the margaritas were very strong (the best part - lol). Â I miss living in Atlanta to get decent Tex-Mex and I have decided that Alpharetta (where I work so where I am when I am in town) does NOT have it. Â I love Pure Taqueria, but that isn't Tex Mex... some of the ITP spots need to move out to the burbs.
Review Source:I work off of Windward Parkway so I am familiar with the restaurants around the area. Â Mexican restaurants are just about everywhere and honestly taste the same. Â A co-worker of mine suggested the camarones al ajo which is the garlic shrimp. Â DELICIOUS! Â I won't order anything else nor will I go anywhere else in the area for Mexican when in the area. Â Their queso is large but you will pay a large price for it. Â The food comes out very quickly even if you have a large group. Â The staff has always been pleasant. Â The lunch crowd does get busy. Â I have not been there for dinner so I can't speak about that.
Atmosphere is not your typical Mexican restaurant. Â You can tell they are trying to not be your typical Mexican restaurant either. Â Never had any problems parking during lunch time. Â They have an outdoor seating option. Â Bathrooms are clean.
My Two Cents: My favorite Mexican restaurant in Alpharetta.
