OK, I had to update this review due to the terrible service I have had the last *3* times I have dined here. I always go back because the food is so good (even though they don't always bring me what I order) and I keep thinking the service will get better. BUT IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE!. The last time I was there, I ordered a strawberry basil mimosa, but I was brought a regular mimosa. I let my server know and asked for the strawberry basil. He did not bring it, so I asked the next time he came back. He still did not bring it! When he came back after we were done eating, I let him know again I would really like what I actually ordered. He apologized and informed me that the bartender is stressed out because she stayed out until 4am drinking and was very hungover. At that point, I asked to talk to a manager. He brought our check (which charged me for the strawberry basil mimosa), cashed us out and I waited about another 30 minutes because I still wanted to talk to a manager. The manager never came over and we watched some of the servers and the hungover bartender with pink hair do shots behind the bar. Hair of the dog? Anyway, I will never go back.

Amazing.

Best coffee I've had in Cincinnati.
