My biggest regrets: Not having one by me, and not wearing my cowboy boots.
Very authentic Texas barbecue joint, with some odd details that didn't fit. Antler door handles didn't remind me of Texas as much as the giant longhorn head inside. The spicy tortellini was AMAZING, but my husband's steak fajita was fatty and chewy to the point of non-edible. Quite the range of quality. The peanut shells on the floor made you feel like you're not at a stuffy place, but the napkins on the floor just made it look like they needed to clean. I loved the range of menu, the presentation of deserts, etc.
75 cent drafts on Mondays equals a GINORMOUS win, but the music selection didn't fit the restaurant's ambiance.
My biggest peeve: We went on a rainy Saturday at noon. Very few people, but the hostess sat every group that came in RIGHT next to each other. Why not give people some space when you can?

My family and I met here for a late dinner. Â The service was ok, but seemed a bit spacey. Â My wife and I both got the pulled pork. Â It was pretty good for a chain restaurant. Â Good flavor and consistency. Â Also had some rice as a side, pretty good.
It's close to 4 stars since they had a good beer special... but I just can't do it.
