TGI Friday's

We went on a Tuesday nite-not to busy.  The initial greeting was a little slow but the waiter was new so we cut him some slack.  Ordered a cocktail and waited forever for it to come.  My Mojito had a medicinal taste-wasn't worth waiting for.  Dinner was equally slow and just okay.  My main complaint is a party came in with 3 small children under 3 years old.  This was a red flag as sometimes the noise level can rise, depending on the parents.  We were right!  The noise was unacceptable and the parents didn't feel it was necessary to parent.  We moved, (not the only ones, by the way), then asked to speak with the manager.  She was sympathetic but admitted she wasn't sure how to handle this.  Sorry but letting one table ruin the dining experience of all within earshot isn't acceptable.  

After dropping $40 for 2 entrees, one coke, one cocktail and tip, I will opt for a much nicer experience somewhere else next time.

This place is dead on Sunday, which was great for us. It was quiet in there, which allowed our waitress to take good care of us. It had been a few years since we came here, because last time the service was so horrible we didn't want to come back. Well Darla was awesome! She is a very sweet woman that is easy to talk to and will give you some great suggestions. She didn't come around the table too much, but she never disappeared either. The food was really really good too! I even took my left overs to my sister you works down the street. She loved them too. My favorite menu item? The fried green beans! Those things are awesome! They might sound yucky, but try them you might be pleasantly surprised.

for a chain...Love this location and the bartenders are always awesome and fun.  I usually stop in for drinks but the menu has seemed to improve through the years.
