Trio

I went to Trio last night because I had a <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Frestaurant.com&s=c5fe485af4df376130bee54f875814d79c4d7913e1258123b1206d2bdbf4873b" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://restaurant.com</a> gift certificate and I wanted to check it out.  We went in and got a booth and ordered two beers.  We set out our gift certificate, as instructed on it, before we ordered.  The waitress came over and told us that alcohol was not included in the $37.50 we have to spend.  I had carefully read the gift certificate and knew it said nothing of the sort.  I know that some <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Frestaurant.com&s=c5fe485af4df376130bee54f875814d79c4d7913e1258123b1206d2bdbf4873b" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://restaurant.com</a> things do say that, but this one did not.  The waitress said, "Yeah, our manager has been drilling it into our heads that we can't include alcohol."  I asked her to show me where it said that.  She couldn't.  She said she would talk to the manager.  

The general manager then came over and sat down at our table with us (which was really strange in a booth, especially when he asked my boyfriend to scoot over.)  He then reiterated what the waitress said.  I again said that the certificate does not state it.  He began to argue with me, saying that he hates <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Frestaurant.com&s=c5fe485af4df376130bee54f875814d79c4d7913e1258123b1206d2bdbf4873b" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://restaurant.com</a> and it was supposed to say no alcohol included and he was trying to get rid of <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Frestaurant.com&s=c5fe485af4df376130bee54f875814d79c4d7913e1258123b1206d2bdbf4873b" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://restaurant.com</a>.  My response was, "But you it doesn't say that and you still have it."  He continued to argue.  I said I was just going to pay for my two beers and walk then.  He told me that was ok.  Then he quickly changed his mind and said he would do me "a favor" and honor it.  I thought to myself, "Gee, thanks for doing what you are supposed to do as a favor."  Then he said, "Since I did you a favor, do one for me and buy these raffle tickets.  Once I get my money back for what I put in, the rest goes to charity."  

Obviously, businesses are all about money, but this manager was so arrogant and outright about it.  I don't want to see this man make another cent.  
Afterwards, the waitress came back and said the manager can "be nice when he wants to be."  Obviously, he did not want to be nice last night.

If the manager was so greedy, why did he need 4 valets on Wednesday night in an empty sports bar? And he also had a bouncer on duty.  That makes no sense to me at all.

I will never go back there and I will talk anyone out of going there.  Terrible, greedy, miserable management!

Love their bacon cheeseburgers juicy not dry same with the chicken sandwiches always moist not dried out Its served on those pretzel rolls Love a place where you say burn the fries and they listen to you.lol and they have sweet potato fries YUM . Very good salads Its a sports bar me could care less about that but my husband loves that so I bring my Kindle cause lets face it yer not gonna get a  word outta them with that many TVs in one  room lolll The servers are so nice we have had the same girl the last like 6 times we have been there pretty sure her name is Stephanie she is unbelievable runs her ass off and always no matter what has a smile on her face and does what ever it takes so your happy .Thats hard to come by these days hope the owners know how fantastic she is.Its bar food and its really good give it a try.

About a year ago this place would have gotten 4 stars out of me...nowadays not so much.

My husband and I have been regulars to this place as long as I can remember it being there. Then the food was always good.  The past few times my husband and I have gone the food has been very disappointing.

The last time we were there my grilled cheese was cold and my sister in law's sandwich was completely wrong. Our server at the time had vanished and seem to only reappear when it came to giving us our check.  

Their only saving grace is they have great drink specials and 1 drafts.

My guess is sometime within the last year or two they either changed owners or changed chefs. The menu selection use to be much better and the quality was better.

Stick to appetizers, their wings and liquor. I wouldn't stray farther than that anymore.
