I was really surprised to see how not crowded this place was on a Saturday night.  My family and I went around 8ish on a Saturday night and this place wasn't crowded at all.  It's a really nice looking place.  The decor was impressive.  I was happy with the food.  We ordered a few appetizers and I got the pad thai for my entree which was really good.  I would go back to Tusk.

My family and I went to Tusk after taking my cousin to see Princeton University. We wanted to go somewhere that was nice and Tusk seemed like the place. The menu contained some great items and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My crab cake entree was really subpar and very dry. I was not to impressed with the entree but the appetizers were good.

Have been there several times for lunch.  My impressions:
Atmosphere:  (4) excellent, beautiful and comfortable.  Not too loud, so you can actually have a business conversation.
Food:  Good (5)  REally like the menu.  Hints of Asian influence.  interesting and well done.
Service: Slow (1)  This is their problem.  You need an hour and a half for lunch.

If they can get the service under control, I would rate as a 4 or 5.

Oh dear. I rarely give one star reviews but feel compelled to on this occasion. We came to Tusk when they opened and I had a cold chicken. We put this down to teething issues and so while a a lose end this week we went to Tusk for dinner. If you are going to open a new restaurant in Somerset County (the 9th wealthiest in the US) and charge $20 per plate then just do one thing.....make sure the food is nice!! And at Tusk the food is not nice.

Arrived Monday evening and the place was empty.  I mean utterly devoid of customers. Which should have been a sign of things to come. But we were hungry so sat down anyway. The place is very well decorated and feels expensive. Maybe they should have focused their efforts more in the kitchen. First off the bread was stale. How do you even do that?? The butter was too hard. I ordered Jambalaya. It was completely bland...no taste or spice at all. It was supposed to come with sausage...but there were just two, tiny pieces of sausage about the size of my thumb nail. Thoroughly disappointed. I could have knocked this together at home in about 5 minutes. My wife ordered the crab cakes. They were supposed to come with potatoes. But they didn't. When my wife asked the waitress said they were 'in the crab cake'. Huh??? Did we look that dumb? So then she brought 3 pieces of gross potatoes wedges. The crab cakes were OK, but not worth the $20 or so.

So we made a quick exit. All in all we paid about $60 for pretty poor food. No wonder the place is empty. I predict this place will be closed In a years time. What a shame. This could have really filled a gap in the local market and all they had to do was cook good food.

Food was great. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable Sunday brunch. Weather was perfect. Will definitely go back, next time with friends as well.

Good service, food and overall experience.  We went with our kids and appreciated the attention to them and heir wants. Good drinks. The sushi rolls were the highlight for us.

Good dining out means one thing: good food. Tusk isn't quite there. Pasta was well cooked, duck was too. But ribs and steaks were disappointing. All foods were over salted and greasy. Service was slow. Waiter forgot my drink and my fries (even after a friendly reminder). Might come back but chances are small.

Upon entering this place, it showed a lot of promise;  beautiful interior, striking bar, interesting menu.  However, it started going downhill very fast.  9 of us went there for a work celebration lunch.   No ice tea.  Took 15 minutes for 4 of us to get water.  Took another 10 minutes for the rest of us to get water.   Took 45 minutes for sodas to be delivered.   We placed our order; some of the group requested an appetizer such as french onion soup or a salad.

Lunch FINALLY arrived an hour after we placed the order!  Of course the appetizers were brought out at the same time.   When a co-worker asked the waiter why he didn't bring her salad out before the lunch entree, he got angry, snapped at my co-worker & was down right rude.    The salad appetizer came with bacon!  I mean, bacon is not normal on a ceaser salad.  The waiter should have mentioned this when he took the order.

I have to say, the food was good but because the service really sucked, myself & the other 8 co-workers will not step foot in this place again!

I like this place a lot, but the location is not great.  I mean, it's convenient for me because I work nearby, so we've done a couple happy hours & company dinners here.  The location seems to be a challenge though, as it's never really packed.  To be fair though, I've only been on weekdays, so maybe the dining room is fuller on Friday/Saturday?

Food is pretty good.  Wide menu, good options, and cooked well.  Good portion size too, means relatively valuable meal.

Service is decent.  The management/ownership is great - very friendly & very good.  The staff is OK, but not up to my usual NYC standards.

Great spot for a happy hour!

Went here last night with a friend of mine for happy hour. This place is REALLY REALLY NICE. I guess after living in New Brunswick for four years, I have pretty low standards but the decor is really nice (and the outdoor area seems nice too! but after heavy rain, we opted NOT to sit outside). The bar was pretty quiet (maybe 4 other people besides us) but it could be just a pre-memorial day weekend lull. The major MAJOR downside was how long it took for them to give us our happy hour menus and take our drink order....not really a fan especially when there's so few people around. We ordered some nachos which were alright...not bad to munch on. My friend's vodka cran was NOT fantastic so drinks wise, I'd probably stick to a premium drink (their martinis looked interesting) or a beer.

Bottomline: this place is not bad for a good deal (they have a wednesday $5 martini night which is worth checking out) but snappier service would take it up a huge notch. Going to come back for a second experience.

We had an AMAZING dinner here. The food was out of this world, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. There was a live jazz band which was not intrusive but very nice background music. There were a few cute waiters too! I would recommend the rack of lamb, which was cooked to perfection. And the chicken wing appetizer was great too. The chef came out to ask how everything was, and so did the owner which added a welcomed intimacy to the experience. The outdoor seating area is just lovely, and the whole place felt very clean. I would also recommend the banana bread beer which was unique and super tasty. All in all a wonderful meal. I 'll definitely be going back soon!

I went here for brunch on Mother's Day, but I want to fairly state that I don't believe that had any impact on the experience because the restaurant was no more than half full, and this restaurant supposedly serves brunch every Sunday.

First and foremost, it is TOO loud in this place. The dining room is just one big open seating area with no walls or structures separating the tables. Imagine a hotel ballroom or a cafeteria, but with nicer decor. The decor was, in all honesty, very pleasant and welcoming. It was unfortunately hard to enjoy because of the noise not only from the guests, but also from the curiously loud music that was being played in the dining room.

You can always tell the places that aren't accustomed to serving coffee, because there were no cups on the tables, and the waiters have to fetch the carafe from the kitchen. In other words, our drinks took a bit too long to arrive. There were cocktails available for brunch, but they were not listed on the menu we were given. My mother ordered a mimosa, which was served with an orange wedge.

I had a crock of french onion soup to start, which was well done. There wasn't anything spectacular about it, but it satisfied my soup zone in the way I wanted. For some reason, I ordered the cheese steak sandwich for lunch. There was basically no way it was going to be as good as I'd want it to be, although the steak part of it was good. The peppers and onions could have used a little more time on the grill, and while I'm all for soft bread, this bread felt like the sandwich was going to drop right through it. French fries were good, although cut thinner than I prefer. They sprinkled a little parmesan cheese on them, which was notable. I wanted to order a beer when my sandwich came, he said they only had Bud Light on tap (ouch). I went for it anyway, though it failed to arrive before I had finished my sandwich.

All in all, the food was just decent at best, and WAY overpriced. My girlfriend's caesar salad with chicken was $20, and both the cheese steak sandwich and french toast tipped the scales at $12 each. This place appears to be of the sort that is best visited during the night hours, and that is reflected in the prices and quality of the food and service. I might consider going back for drinks, but not for the food.

We have been to Tusk 3 times before and always had a nice dinner. Tonight, we had the worst meal I can remember and felt overcharged on the bill. What happened ?
Roast duck was all fat and my wife's petite filet mignon was actually a cheap sirloin.
Both entrees came out cold and had to be re heated. We left there still hungry and very disappointed. We won't be back. Dining room was empty on a Friday night, so that should tell you something.

Let's break down the burger I am currently having. Oil everywhere. That might be because of the 10oz meat placed on top of what seems like a mini bun for dwarfs. I'd be nice to be able to pick up my burger without the bread just breaking. I had to end up eating it with a fork and a knife.

Get bigger bread for your burger.

I accessorized my burger with bacon, cheese, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. The lettuce and tomato were NOT fresh at all. The lettuce was a dark green ... Kind of like it was bought last week and was wilting in the fridge since then. I thought tomatoes were suppose to be red. Not what I got. My tomato also looked like it was wilting in the fridge for a long while. It looked like an old, sad tomato that had all the life sucked out of it.

The fries that came with it can be compared to mcdonalds fries. But be warned... "seasoned" fries actually mean regular fries that are sprinkled with parm cheese... I am not a fan of parm cheese at all... And it just killed it for me. When has "seasoned fries" ever meant it was seasoned with parm cheese?!?! I was expecting Cajun seasoning or garlic powder or something of that nature. Awful.

Only giving 2 stars because of ambiance. Otherwise it would be 1.

This food was just so-so.  The space in the restaurant is so large and difficult to fill up, we are concerned if Tusk will make it.  The meal portions were so big!!!!!!  My daughter's hamburger was huge!  And, my son complained of having a "too oily" pasta.  My short ribs were marginal, though the flavor was acceptable.  My husband would rate it 2 stars, but I think it is 3.  The service was attentive.  Our waiter was nice, and the owner of Tusk came over at one point to greet us.

I was very underwhelmed by this restaurant. Thankfully I only had drinks and a few appetizers at the bar. Though there weren't many patrons at the bar, the bartender seemingly never heard the concept of an attentive server. Not only did he not come by to check on drinks and place orders, I actually waved several times, alternating with my date who was trying to make eye contact to flag him over. The wine list was very lacking, with only a Riesling for a light sweet taste, which was more on the brut side than sweet. The bartender was very curt in explaining that the mixed drinks were all extremely strong.

The Peanut Thai Popsicle lacked enough sauce and was rather dry. The Ivory Pot Stickers however were very tasteful, the shrimp was cooked to perfection. I shall however, not be returning to Tusk.

    seriously, this place sucks.

#1 it has no idea what it is, is it a bar? is it high end food?  is it comfort food? is it a club? - the only thing (to me) it is, is a great plac to stop and go to the bathroom!  the one thing this place has is really nice bathrooms. now let me preface that with i dont like doing number 2 in public bathrooms.   some people love it, not me, i will hold it for days if i have to, but not if i am at tusk, the bathrooms are an absolute delight!

#2 i am obsessed with service - the owners of Tusk are clearly not.  While there today they had no dedicated bartender, the service was horrible.  It took an hour to get a burger that was fatty, over cooked, and to boast on the side were some thoroughly oil soaked fries, good thing they have nice bathrooms, because if you eat the fries you will certainly have a CAPITAL D attack......

#3 the food just sucks, seriously! i am writing this as not a one time goer, i have been there three times, the time before this when i was walking in 2 couples were walking out and one of the men said "i hope your not going to eat here, it was one of the worst meals i have ever had"  i laughed and went in.  luckily we were just going for a couple drinks after we ate at a great restaurant because we hear this place is a club at night...... let me tell you, club is the wrong word.....   that too sucks!  now i am not all doom and gloom, down the road is the Tigers Tale, great food and service, which is were we wanted to go today but there was a 30 minute wait so where do we go .... the place where we know we can get a table Tusk.  why can you always get a table..... maybe you dont understand what i am saying... IT SUCKS!

    The Wrap Up:
so if you can deal with lack luster food, and sub par service this place always has a seat for you... seriously they think they are busy and the place is not even 1/2 full.  If you really have to Sh!t, this is your place, AWESOME BATHROOMS even for those who are crap shy....Seriously this is my favorite bathroom around!  i will give them compliments up and down on their bathrooms, though the restaurant seems to be putting out what i am putting into their bathroom...... and the service is such that it smells like a bathroom.... no one wants to go in... So all in all AWESOME BATHROOMS, love them , and i will return there for their facilities, but whats coming out will be ingested at a good restaurant!

This review is solely directed to drinks and venue.

Tusk is a restaurant, lounge, and club.  The lounge is up-front (a large area with a long bar).  Music.  Drinks.  Typical martini bar.  To one side of the lounge are double doors that lead to the club area.  A large open space, with VIP seating, a dance floor, bar, and the DJ up front.

We've been to Tusk three times.

The first time we went to Tusk we had a great time.  Good drinks.  Fun music.  It was a friendly crowd.  The bartenders in the club area actually took the time to ask how we liked our drinks, and when my wife said she didn't like it too much, he remade it.  The music was fun top 40.  We left around 1am and it seems that is when the club started to fill-up.

The second and third times we went, not so good.  The drinks in the lounge area are bad.  Actually, they are awful.  Two examples, I ordered a margarita.  That's a simple drink.  At a place like Tusk, I'd expect tequila, triple-sec, and real lime juice.  Instead, the bar tender made it with tequila, Sprite, and Rose's lime juice.  Ummm, hello?  What is that?  Oh, and she charged me $12 for that awful potion.  AI received a similarly botched drink the last time we went.  Ordered a gin gimlet (one of those drinks that any bartender should be able to make).  It was made with gin and Rose's lime juice.  It was weak and tasted bad.  In fact, it was undrinkable.  If we had been at an open bar at the Marriott, maybe such a mixture would be acceptable.  But at a nice lounge, and for $12?  I complained.  The bartender gave me a confused look and moved to other patrons without addressing my concern.

This lack of bar training is shameful.  The area needs a place like Tusk.  Unfortunately, the owner and its manager must be absent from operations to permit the quality of product that is served at Tusk.

I will take our business elsewhere.

Great bang for buck. Try the Potstickers, they were very tasty. I had a NY Strip Steak and thought it was very good. Valet parking and they have a lounge/night club on Friday and Saturday nights. Enjoy!

So inconsistent! From the service to the food to the drinks, I respect the fact that it's still in it's first year and has kinks to work out...but they should really have the owners/managers/whoever on the floor taking feedback from customers. Tusk has great potential and I've been there a handful of times...don't want to write a 3 page review but one time I had the seafood salad and rum sangria on a weekday night...perfection! Another time i ordered the same salad and a bloody mary (weird combo but I was craving a good bloody Mary) and the salad was inedible...I would have sent it back but my husband gets embarrassed. The bloody Mary was so good I went to the bartender to tell him...this last time I ordered a bloody Mary and it was AWFUL. I did send it back bc it tasted like just tomato juice. The bartender initially gave me kind of an attitude ("you're gonna have to wait") but when he tasted it he realized how gross it was and made me another one. Still bad. Didn't drink it but my friend insisted on paying for it. I keep going back bc I work in belle mead and it is convenient but it will be a while before I go back...I went to rocky hill inn the other night for happy hour and it is way better in all respects! Tigers tale is also a more laid back alternative...food ad service is way more consistently good, although different ambience...I will probably give this place one more shot before giving up altogether. I actually really hope they take all the feedback because it is a beautiful place.

First of all, I have never been carded in a restaurant OR liquor store in over 4 years (well maybe one or two liquor stores).  I'm 26 years old and I had left my wallet to rush to the car (I wasn't driving).  Had a tiny debate with the waiter then the GM then the Owner, who was asian like my family.  Either way, it was pathetic that they are more worried and concerned about being "FINED" for serving someone UNDERAGE despite the fact that I was eating WITH MY FREAKING PARENTS.  I would certainly be more concerned with the fucking food.

The menu: On initial "skim" it looked very fusion/new american but all over the place.  Lot of raw tuna type things, thai / asian influenced dishes, mediterranean dishes...

    appetizers:
Tusk wings: These guys were BLAND.  SEVERELY underseasoned chunks of crap.  Gave us a few pieces of carrots and celery off to the side... wtf?

Philly Roll: These were actually pretty tasty.  Fusioned up a bit but portion size was surprisingly small compared to everything else...

Potstickers: Well seasoned and edible.  Nothing memorable though

Tuna Carpaccio:  The fish actually tasted very nice and the salad was dressed well!  BUT THERE WAS AN OXIDIZED CHUNK OF PLAY-DO (WASABI) that was GRAY/GREEN.  What the FUCK were they THINKING?  Is the chef a retard?!?!  This was the most disappointing thing I've ever seen.

    Soups:
Ordered the Soup Du Jour which was a cream of mushroom.  Seems like they were too poor to afford a good vita mixer or something... strands of mushroom fiber were in the creamy soup.  Flavor was good because of all the truffle oil they sprinkled around it.  I finished it, but wished it was done better.

French Onion soup: Tasted pretty good.  Nice crispy fried red onions.  Melty swiss.  Not bad.

    Entrees:
Beer Braised Short Ribs: Very tasty and HUGE portion.  Tasty bleu cheese and a VERY well seasoned polenta underneath.  Very impressed but very heavy dish.

French Cut Pork Chop: Stuffed with spinach/fortina cheese/spinach.  Had a nice bunch of roasted red potatoes seasoned heavily with pepper and thyme which were good.  Also some grilled broccoli rabe.  Also good.  Huge portion.  Cheap price.

Bouillabaisse.  The broth was lacking in aromatic flavor.  Bouillabaisse needs more onion/fennel/celery/saffron/tomato loving than what they gave.  Seemed like a mussel/clam juice/white wine broth with a bit of saffron flavor.  Overcooked half a tail of lobster and didn't even have mussels in the dish... just some littlenecks.  It was edible, however, just could have been much better.  Shrimp were overcooked and rubbery too.

Seared Yellowfin Tuna - Cooked well and seasoned well.  I mean, it's tuna.  Have a good piece of fish and anyone can cook it.  The fennel/arugula salad it cl. aimed to have lacked shaved fennel.  But it tasted nice.  Dressed well with balsamic and strawberries... overall a decent dish.

FORGOT TO ADD.  I had a side of "SWEET POTATO FRITES".  Fucking pathetic.  They forgot the order as entrees got put onto our table (and it wasn't even busy that night, only two other tables!) then 3 minutes later, the waiter waltzes over with a fucking small pile of CHARRED/OVERLY DEEP FRIED and then SOGGY shittily cut sweet potatoes.  Pathetic.  Sent it back, it was inedible.

    Desserts:
I think we had a parfait and a cheesecake.  Both were done pretty well.  Definitely made us forget about the shitty appetizers.

After writing this review, I realize that this wasn't THAT terrible.  however, my memory of this place will always be negative.  Probably not coming back despite the fact I live 6 minutes away from it.

Also their cooks don't know how to season out of a deep fryer and don't know how to fry or prepare starchy items for the fryer.  Christ.

This restaurant has been open for several months no reason to be so unorganized. Food is very inconsistent which makes it mediocre at best.  The only way they will last 6 months is if they spend a little a hire decent consistent chefs. If the food quality matched the beautiful décor this restaurant would be a hit.

Confused about other reviews...Great atmosphere and decor, varied menu, reasonable prices for Princeton area and fast and friendly service. Must try: Delicious cucumber mojitos at the bar, beef ribs with polenta, also ahi tuna carpaccio and beet salad are true winners! For dessert, the creme brûlée trio was spectacular.

I ate there for dinner last Wednesday.  Had I read the reviews here, I wouldn't have gone, but I would have made a mistake.
Our party of four was seated promptly as we entered the spacious and open dining room.  The wait staff was a little over attentive, but not too far outside of the norm.
I ordered the seared tuna and in a word it was fantastic.  It was cooked perfectly to my liking, which is raw on the inside and centemeter or two of cooked part on the outside.  It was spiced with a kind of pepper medley that had just enough kick to be noticed but not too much where it overpowered the subtle taste of tuna.  I shared my dish with my party and they all agreed it was fantastic.  Also, it was a nice portion.  Usually when I order seared tuna, I get a peice about the size of a deck of playing cards, this cut was nearly three times that.  For an appitizer we had the calamari, which had a thicker breading than usual and was dressed with a duck type sauce.  It wasn't to my liking, but you could tell signicant thought went into the dish.
I will dine there again if only to have the seared tuna one more time.
One last note.  I think many of the reviews about the poor service have to do with this being a relatively new place that opened too early.  At this point it seems that those opening day jitters are behind them.

A bar/lounge in the 'burbs?  Really? or Finally?

Seems like everything has improved a lot.

I had the Po Boy for lunch and it was jammed with sauteed shrimp and a few oysters on a fresh roll.  Nicely done fries.  Bartender Jacki talked me into trying his housemade iced tea - very smooth and not too sweet.

I will be back for happy hour since all the drink mixes are from scratch.

Been there twice.  First time food was good, service slow.  We ate outside with was lovely until the 16-wheel trucks rolled by on the street.  Second time, service was faster and food was okay.  Of course, we had two granddaughters who squirmed and talked loudly the second time but noise level inside is high to begin with.  Also think the prices are a little high for the quality.  Steaks were great, I understand.  Did not like the mandatory valet parking on a Saturday night.  It has a large parking lot surrounding the  building, so it's not necessary.

Especially liked the appetizer Lobster Spring Rolls.  Had them both visits; very tasty and fresh.

It is new so it may be working out the kinks.  Will return at some point.

I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars because it is classy, fun, energetic, and has a lot of potential. Food is creative and is Asian-Infusion inspired.

They may need to work out a few kinks, but not many, so give it a chance. We shouldn't start judging them for at least another few months, but at least they can take some constructive criticism.

The owner was exceptionally nice and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I went there for the first time last night and the food was good, creative, and well-presented. Portions were pretty large. Everyone in my party was satisfied with their meal. Cream of mushroom soup, French-onion soup, Prawns, Crab cakes, Veal, Short-Rib Pasta. Desserts... especially the Fruit Crisp is delish!

We had a great time here. Try it.

P.S. In response to a previous review... the valet staff was far from degenerate...

Eight of us went to celebrate my nephew's high school graduation. My sister-in-law made arrangements with John, the owner, to open an hour early so we could get to the 6 PM graduation on time.

From the hostess to the wait staff, every one was pleasant, well-informed, helpful and very accommodating. The food was creative and very good. Everyone  except my mother-in-law, was served in a timely way. Mom was served only about 5 minutes later.

When the owner found out it was my nephew's graduation, Mom's 90th birthday and our 37th anniversary, he brought out a dessert with a candle for Mom and comp'ed all of our desserts. It was very gracious and generous of him.

    Would definitely return.

The quality of the food is excellent.
The service is attentive and timely.
The atmosphere is lively and elegant.
The space is large and airy, with beautiful patio areas...something that is sorely missing in the Princeton/Montgomery area.
Tusk is a much-needed addition to the restaurant scene here, and it is a fun and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I have been to Tusk several times since it opened. Each time we have experienced good service and good food. We plan to return often.

Last night we spent some time talking to the G.M. and one of the owners. They had some interesting stories regarding some of the "reviews" appearing here on Yelp. FYI, one is from a local competitor. Of course it's negative. The most interesting (and longest) review is from a guy who came in, announced to the world that he was a food critic (real critics are like secret shoppers), and demanded he be "comped". Of course, when asked, he "forgot" to bring his id. Despite the apparent fraud, he got his free meal and drink(s). Too bad he didn't include that tidbit in his "so called review". LOL.

Went on a monday. Service was slow despite of few tables to serve. I ordered the dark and stormy. It was very well mixed and it reminded me the one I had in Bermuda . The ribeye and yellow fin tuna were cooked just the way we asked them to. Taste pretty good. The portion on the kids' meal was very generous. We also tried their special duck salad which was  decent.  I was not confident about this place in the beginning since the menu seems to be all over the world type. Nothing really makes Tusk unique. Also they charge New York Price. But after trying, I have to say I am not disappointed. They accept open table reservation and no mandatory valet on mondays.

They need another year to work out the kinks....

5 of us ate.  We ordered appetizers, entrees, drinks and dessert.  Of those approximately 20 menu items we had only 2 were enjoyed (the veal entree and the apple crumb dessert).  Everything else was AWFUL.  They also didnt have many of the menu items we tried to order.  They have only been open for a couple of weeks and they have a pretty limited menu. It is NOT ok for them to not have things on the menu.  These werent special things either-they didnt have Reisling wine, Sam Adams Summer Ale, Whipped Cream, Sorbet or Ice Cream.  This was before the Sunday dinner rush, so you know they left a lot of disappointed customer.  The service was awful.  The only upside it the place is brand new and nicely decorated. They should have invested more in the food and less in the decor.

It was so bad I felt a little guilty not warning people who were walking in on our way out.

New restaurant, so maybe speed of food coming out will change over time when things are more settled.....

Giant, very beautiful inside and outdoor patio seating. The layout of the place is amazing, and it is really an exciting atmosphere both inside in the master zen-like dining area and outside on the relaxed, sunny patio.

Drinks were tasty.... nice and strong. I recommend drinks on the patio, definitely.

Appetizers: Philly Roll was AWESOME. It had beef and wild mushrooms, with this yummy tangy sauce in a crisp wonton. lots of umami flavor... I really really enjoyed these.

The calamari were interesting......though very different from the calamari you might get anywhere else. They had an orange glaze like how sweet and sour chicken might have, and were served with banana peppers and raisins. Though they were nothing like the calamari I'm used to ordering, they were interesting and it was nice to try calamari in a new way.... but I doubt I'd order them again.

Servers were all very friendly and attentive.

I definitely recommend Tusk for drinks and apps, not sure what entrees are like but will update soon.
