  Went there recently with the family and the food was horrible, dried out pasta, horrible customer service(waited to be sat for over 10 min and the place was empty) heard the word "mouse!" From the kitchen multiple times and the chicken- while cooked, smelt old and rotten not to mention the scallops smelled disgusting overall I would rate this as one of THE WORST places I have ever eaten. buyer beware, you are not buying food you're buying an infection. I will be notifying the health dept. as well as animal control.

  This restaurant was recommended as the local "fancy" place, but it wasn't fancy, the service was slow and inexperienced, and the food was decidedly mediocre. My daughter literally threw up after she ate a plate of pasta swimming in butter - and she didn't have a fever or any other symptoms so it really could have been just the food.
  
  The restaurant's redeeming value is its extensive platter of delicious-looking desserts.

  We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there as well as our wedding catered by A-1. 5 years ago, this restaurant was great. Now, it is not what it used to be. Good but not great.
  
  If you giving with no expectations you will likely be pleasantly surprised with the food. The portions are generous, it not too big.
  
  The decor is much improved since the last time we were there. Warm, inviting and spacious.

  Delivery took well over an hour to arrive. The pizza was cold and hadn't been fully cooked, the wings were cold, hard and inedible. I called after it had arrived and asked for a refund - the woman I spoke to said my card would be credited that night. Several days passed and my card still had not been credited, so I called back and was told that it is against company policy to issue refunds. I also spoke to the manager and the owner, and they said that they don't know how to issue refunds on their credit card terminal. Everyone was incredibly rude. I finally had to go in to the restaurant to get a cash refund. The restaurant was filthy. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants... very sad.

  The good - pizza and delivery service. The pizza, wings etc are good, delivery reasonably fast. The food in the restaurant is OK, not awful, not great. The problem, no 2 problems, are - the wait staff, which are the slowest, most unprofessional and uncaring around, and the noise inside. The acoustics inside are bad to begin with, but on top of it they allow the kitchen staff to play loud hiphop music in the kitchen, with the door open, on top of the horrible muzak that's playing in the restaurant. On our last visit there, we asked a number of times if the music in the kitchen could be turned down - we could see people running around as if they actually could not figure out how to do that, and it never happened. We stopped by recently for Sunday breakfast and just by walking in the front door could hear all of both musics blaring, ugh, no thank you.
  
  The food itself is not that bad - good pasta dishes, huge servings, nothing special but not awful - but not enough to make us want to put up with the noise and the horrible wait staff. Call in a delivery order instead!

  This place went downhill faster then a skateboard on top of Buffalo St.
  
  Long gone are the days of Gus, $3.95 large Pizza, BOGO coupons that were actually worth something, huge plates of good food. If I was on Yelp in 2002 I would have given it 5 stars.
  
  If anyone has ever watched the show Kitchen Nightmares... this is the restaurant to do an episode in.  No one goes here anymore.
