I went here last weekend with friends to try it out. It just opened very recently. The atmosphere is clean, classic and serene with a beautiful arched wood beam ceiling. (building is a renovated bank in downtown Troy) The staff is well dressed and orderly. The background music is subtle, no overwhelming noise. The waitstaff has neat tablets to take your order, definitely an unexpected electronic upgrade for a small town like Troy.At the end of our meal the chef came out for a meet and greet to see how our meal was.He was very personable. The hours are limited right now to lunch/dinner and they suggest you have a reservation. We had a reservation for five at 5pm and our table was waiting for us.The price was around $150 for five of us but most likely expect a little more if everyone chooses to partake in beer or wine. The food and beer/wine selection is limited but just enough of a choice to make everyone happy. They have a buy local approach going on which is very nice.

The food- The house made pita chips that come on the cheese plate and with your cup of soup are flavorful and delicious! The soup of the day while we were here was a creamed asparagus and salmon bisque? The base was very creamy, the asparagus was perfect and bite tender but the salmon seemed a little over done.
The salads that come with your meal are generic but fresh. The table bread was good but the butter served with it is cold and unspreadable. The entree presentation was impeccable and on point. Our entrees were HUGE and delicious! I had the chicken marsala which was lightly breaded, flavorful sauce and ALOT of mushrooms.Every entree comes with soup or salad, main dish, vegetable of the day and choice of potato. (fries, baked, duchess)The zucchini and summer squash side was too crunchy for my taste(skin on) but another friend loved it.The duchess potato was delicious (think mozzarella stick with mash potatoes inside) Another friend had the chicken alfredo which she would recommend. The coffee was strong and amazing but my creme brulee was gritty and cold. All in all a great start for a new place and we will be going many more times I'm sure.
