No one is a stranger here, everyone is greeted with a warm smile and even friendly handshake. Very classy big city  feel to decor. Photos and props on the walls incorporate regional cultural accents. #9  is stylish yet  comfortable. Great place to impress out of town clients. An even better place for a romantic dinner for two. The food is very good. Steaks are excellent however they tend to overcook them. So be careful when ordering  medium well. There is a full bar and drinks a reasonably priced. The servers are attentive. The prices are a bit high. With little competition from any other steak houses of its caliber its too easy to get away for charging what they do.  Prices are what cost them a star from me.  Parking is bad on weekends and maneuvering the lot is a bit scary. All around great experience in Madisonville. Friendly people and delicious food is what you will find at #9.
Review Source:I rank the 12 oz, medium rare, bone-in ribeye that I ordered here among one of the best steaks I've had in my life. These people know what they are doing--it was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese was also a nice accompaniment, having a smack of bacon to it.
