Acapulco Mexican Grille

For a Mexican place, I was not fully impressed.  I had the quesadillas and my wife had the Chicken soup.  Both were just ok but nothing to brag about.  I will try them again, hopefully they will improve some.

Best out of the 2 in this town,,, someone gotta win!  However, do not go on Thursday night unless you want your head blaring full of music from the local teens and tweens singing karaoke!  Don't get me wrong,, fun for the kids and parents but not to go out and actually expect a conversation with your dinner cohorts.... All-in-all we really do love the food.  Get the chicken fajita quesadillas !!

This is the best Mexican food in Tallassee. The fish tacos were perfectly spiced; the salsa, fresh and flavorful; the rice and beans, savory, not greasy.  As a recent resident to Tallassee, I knew my dining options would be limited. Acapulco is a nice surprise.  A few days earlier I'd eaten at the other Mexican place in town and was extremely disappointed. I'm hoping they had a bad day. I'll give them another shot, but I think I've found my favorite restaurant in Tallassee. The only downside to the meal was that they couldn't serve beer on Sunday.
