The food at Agora is really good. It's not that expensive (costs about $6-$7 for a panini), and the owners are very friendly. I had some serious frustrations with them in the past, however.
Agora was great the first time I visited. The second time around, I was a bit annoyed because they were out of eggplant, and that continued to be out of stock for about a month or two. The third time I visited, they were closed-- despite the fact that their website stated they were open until 6, the owner changed the hours to only stay open until 3, and didn't update the website. The next time I wanted to visit, I decided to call ahead of time. I asked how long they would be open for, and the worker responded, "Uh... I think another hour." Really? You guys aren't organized enough to be able to give me a concrete response for the future period of one hour? I decided to apparently gamble and head over anyways, and when I walked in, a frustrated-looking worker said, "Hey guys, we're pretty much out of everything." What? Why wouldn't you mention that over the phone? And how can you even be out of everything?
The food is five stars but the organization and service is really not good at all.
