Ahwahnee Bar

I would give it a 2 1/2 stars but that is not possible. Pretentious and over priced those are the words that come to mind first. Food OK, small portions most of your plate is filled with potato chip like fries that are kind og old. Drinks where good but very expensive, service mediocre. Would we go back, absolutely not.

We stopped here for lunch while spending a beautiful day in Yosemite, my aunt told us we had to eat lunch on the bar, so we did.   The bar menu is short and simple, a little pricey too, but worth it. The view is beautiful and the service was great.  I ordered soup and salad, my husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich, we also shared a dessert :) we would defiantly go back.

Oh come on. The Ahwanee has a reputation that their bar clearly does not live up to. I expect for the place to be overpriced but that does not mean that the food should be subpar. I mean Chili's has better quality food than this place. A real dissapointment.
