Alley 21 Grille

My husband and I ate here on Friday Aug 19 2011. We had the fish and chips special. The fish was very good, but only got 2 small pieces. Needed to have at least 1 or 2 more. The fries were brown and not even hot. The tasted like they had been sitting around awhile. The slaw was ok. I have always had problems with this place as far as the food. But they do have cold beer.

This place has an amazing amount of ambiance for the area.  The menu was diverse and my friend's super nachos looked great.  My tea was great.  I can only think I ordered wrong, because the grilled cheese was way underdone (how can you ruin one--well it happens because I had a Croque Monsiur in Paris which is grilled ham and cheese and they managed to burn it).  The tomato soup was traditional which is just the way--well heck I like tomato soup any way.   I'd go here again, it was a happening atmosphere and decent prices.
