This was just wonderful if you give yourself over to it. Â Some parts were corny but they were, in some way,s the best parts. Â Clearly sweet people doing a labor of love. Â We were visiting Elkins to ride the train and had 5 friends from England along. Â I worried they might not enjoy it, but it was a highlight of their trip. Â It helps to be a Christian or open to the Christian message for the gospel portion. Â Some nearly brought tears to my eyes. Â A great, fun time, well worth adding to your vacation plans. Â Just go!
Review Source:This place sells itself as a "Branson-style" show, and the only one of its kind in WV.
We went with my in-laws on a Wed. night, so there was a medium sized crowd. They had been there a few times prior and had really enjoyed the show. The building is large with a theatre that seats probably 400. When you enter there is a small souvenir shop, ticket counter, and concession area. Restrooms are large enough to accommodate the crowds and were very clean.
The show itself was entertaining. Lots of singing, skits, wardrobe changes and comedy. The entire cast seems to be related one way or another and they work well together.Tickets were very affordable.
